Bought a ring in may, still haven't received it. After numerous mail asking for information they wrote they are canceling my order. Never buy it again.

My mother-in-law ordered rings on May 31st for our wedding in the beginning of August. At the time of writing this it has been 20 days past our wedding date and we have still not received the rings. We sent over 8 emails about this and there has been no reply past the third message. We want replacements or a refund. They will not even tell us if it is possible to get either of those or not. We will update this review with any changes (if there are any changes).

Got a ring from this website, it looks great! Reasonably priced.

For a long time I was looking for a shop who is selling jewellery with a nordic, rough touch, that doesn't look cheap and everything at affordable costs. Via facebook I stumbled upon an ad for PrimalCrafts.
By now I purchased three pieces from this shop, the GINNARR pendant, the HODUR pendant and the ROYAL bronze ring, and I'm really happy with the quality and over all look of the products they look exactly like the pictures shown in the shop.

The service they are providing is really commendable and Kristoffer rellay cares that his customers are satisfied with the products they purchased.

To sum everything up; you get really unique and outstanding jewellery for a fair price and I'm certain that I will order further products from PrimalCrafts in the future.

Beautiful quality pieces & excellent customer service. They are prompt, friendly & kind. I ordered a piece in a wrong size by accident and they actually shipped me the correct size at no charge without asking me to return the piece I had even when I offered. You bet I will now become a regular for them.

I only bought one item from them and I can already say that they are the best I've ever had to deal with. They are honest, kind and helpful. I bought a "TYR" pendant that unfortunately it was sent with the wrong chain but they immediately sent to me all over again giving me the opportunity to keep the one they already sent to me. I can assure you that not all sellers behave so honestly. The product is great...great quality and beautiful to see. I love it...I love Primal Crafts!

They sell first-class products, excellent material and original design. There is room for customisation if you agree some features by email.
Kristoffer proved to be extremely nice and available to meet my needs and change the rings sent.

Bought a nidhog ring off the website. Couldn't be happier. Looks great and fits perfect, also has a nice weight to it. I think the Valhalla ring is going to be my next purchase, 10/10 would recommend
