I have used this company 4 times now for different furniture items ,just had another sofa set delivered for another room ,I am so happy with the quality and service ,only took 3 days from ordering to get it delivered . Brilliant service! . Thankyou once again

No contact about delivery was delayed and then moved forward with only a days notice.
Delivery drivers spoke little English and hard to communicate with them. It stated on most reviews the delivery team put the sofa together mine refused to unless I could pay cash which I didn’t have in the house when I asked them to let me check the sofa they ripped all the plastic open and piled the cushions up. Unfortunately I didn’t see till they had left the back supporting pillows are filled with squares of foam and bumpy so I will have to get the insides replace. For the money the sofa is ok I should have spent more for a better product.

Absolutely fantastic customer service iv ever experienced my sofa was delivered but was not the material I had hoped for this was changed to my specification without any questions asked this company could not do enough to resolve it I was kept informed everyday and my new sofa was delivered exactly how I visioned it the sofa is beautiful very comfortable and well made after delivery the nxt morning I received a follow up call just to make sure everything was to my likening if all stores were like these guys there would never be any complaints very very happy customer thank you primal furnishings

Sofas are really comfy and definitely much higher quality than I was expecting for the price. Delivery team were really helpful, taking it through my back gate and through my patio doors, they even offered to help unpack and put it together but declined as it was a hot day and thought they were more than helpful.

Best part of the whole experience was I ordered the sofas around 8pm, expecting them to be with me within 10 days as stated but got a call the next day around 10 or so, saying they could deliver today. Absolutely great service and definitely recommend, one of the comfiest sofa's I've had in a long time.
