Do not fall for this scam!

Do not fall for this scam! Read my review and others! Primal Medical will take your money and not deliver on their promises. The product I did get does not work and I had to get my own blood test to prove it. I can't get anyone to answer my questions and they keep sending me to different departments amd passing the buck. I feel scammed and am pursing legal action to get my money back.

Follow-up review

I see Primal Medical is reaching out to lure clients back. I looked at their reviews on their facebook page, what a joke - all glowing reviews. Two were from Marc V, a principle of Primal Medical which calls into question whether any of the FB reviews are legit.

Went in the hospital and nearly died…

Went in the hospital and nearly died after two doses of the GLP1 medication. Called them and they said they would not refund 199 dollars. The ER said these cases are coming in more and more. Consider all alternatives. Be very careful.

I would not recommend Primal Medical

I would not recommend Primal Medical. I paid thousands of dollars, emptying my HSA account, for an annual membership starting on 3/29/2025. I also filled out my intake form and scheduled my welcome call on 3/29. I was told I would receive my bloodwork paperwork within 72 hours of completing the intake form. As of 4/14/2025, I’ve not received the paperwork and my welcome call was also randomly cancelled on 4/7/2025 with no explanation and no one has contacted me to reschedule it. I reached out to the gentleman who signed me up and he submitted a customer service help request on my behalf that has gone unanswered. I also emailed the customer service email address as well as several other admins of primal medical on 04/09/2025 and also 04/11/2025. I also reached out to an admin on Facebook messenger on 04/09/2025 as well as today 04/14/2025. I have received no response whatsoever from any of my attempts at contacting this company.

I have initiated a transaction dispute with my hsa administrator as well as my credit card company. I’ve been rather shocked at the treatment I’ve received from primal medical as I’ve had no issue with Jaquish biomedical in the times I’ve ordered the X3Bar and supplements. I would definitely stay away from primal medical.

I paid for a founding membership…

I paid for a founding membership November of 2023. It’s now March of 2025 with nothing received for medical labs or consults, promises of refunds for a year now. Nothing.
Jaquishbiomedical.com John Jaquish blocked me off his facebook and groups for asking about the refund.
