Rated 1 star because I can't rate 0 star. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Just read the other comments. I ordered "funky" sunglasses for Christmas, yes over 6 months ago. Tracking took for ever. When the package was, supposedly, in my city. I never received it. They want me pay again for shipping to resend. I've been writing them many times. Always the same story; we give you the "best" option and now, they are ghosting me. Would you believe it? What a crappy business/customer service. I'm sure they will do great without me, and anybody I know.

I bought 3 neck plane pillows in Primarilyx at the beginning of January 2026. They kept sending me updates on where the package was, but now I see that is was only to distract me from the fact that they never sent it. The packet hasn't arrived (it is 23rd of February 2026), and they stopped sending updates tracking the package the 22nd of January, so I am sure it was a scam and I will never receive my pillows.
Don't buy in Primarilyx.

I purchased an outfit for 41.99+tax.
It was way too small.I wanted to return and get a refund. Customer Service told me not to return and offered me $6 in compensation. I asked them to send me the address where I can return the product and they have yet to send me the address.They counter offered compensation from $9 up to $16. I told them it was too low and to please send me the return address.They have not given it to me.I will NEVER purchase anything from them again!!!!!

I still have these shoes. I have washed them at least twice and everytime they look like new. They are so durable. I would definitely buy them again

These have held up great on my rough 7 year old. He never complains about them and will only wear these. Great purchase!
