Lack of empathy, they blame the costumer without any backround check and just do not want a solution to the problem. Rudeness and poor attitude.

BBQ looks amazing built into an outdoor kitchen. Couple of minor issues with accessories. However I have to say that the customer service and responses have been the best I have ever experienced. All done on line dealt with literally immediately. A fabulous breath of fresh air. Would highly recommend and use again. Congratulations....

The pan I received had some problems but was quickly replaced. Very happy with both the pan and service!

Great product. Nice design, healthy and safe material. Not heavy and easy to clean. Very professional assistance to my questions and needs.

I started out first by ordering 9 inch frying pan and used it for a couple of weeks and loved the pan very much. Then I ordered 11 inch sauce pan, received my order and ran into a little snag. I email prime cook and the issue was resolved in less than one week. Angelo responds immediately to all my emails. AWESOME cookware and customer service. Would recommend this cookware. Don't hesitate to buy this cookware!!

I only used this pot twice and the coating start chipping off already. I store it by itself without stacking anything on top. Only use none sticker plastic spatula with the pan.
I have been very careful with the pan. Use only sofe sponge to wash it. Very disappointing. I'll be contacting your customer service about this.

My daughter has this cookware and while visiting her, I used it. I immediately fell in love with it and when I returned home, ordered a full set. Not only is it good for the planet, it cooks so well and evenly and cleans up well.
