I placed an order in November which is now more than a month ago. I have 3 sent messages to this company. No replies to date. I tried to reach them through their Chat system. Their reply was that they are offline at this time. I have searched and searched for telephone numbers to no avail. The next step is to contact my credit card company and tell them that although I have been charged, I have not received my product and have not been able to get a reply from them so that they will reverse this charge and follow up with the company. I will also try to warn people about buying anything from this company from here on in!! Customer Beware!! Do not order from Prime4choice.com!!!

Same story as previous reviews, order products in October for Christmas. It is the middle of December and nothing has arrived. No way to contact them. Tried but no response. I sent $48.96 which was paid on my charge card. Is there anyway to go after these people and get my money back?

Let’s all find a way to stop this scam business!!!

This is the worst company. I ordered 3 fingerlings in Oct. just received them and the packing was torn and totally destroyed. For me to return these it would have cost 30.00 and they would not pay me to return even though it was there fault. I would never order from these people again.

Since I bought in this website I don't want to buy in almost any other website, as this offers good quality items and very goof prices, and it's safe to buy there, I think I don't want to say anything else, just buy and see it for your own ;)

I ordered a Fingerling Monkey for my daughter for Christmas from Prime4Choice. It took 6 weeks for delivery. On the tracking it said “delivered” 2 week priorr to actual delivery. I was getting ready to give up on it and take my losses.. and then it finally arrived. When I opened it the packaging the monkey came in was destroyed and it was a generic version of the fingerling called “Cute Monkey”. I’m not sure how I can wrap this toy up and give it as a gift in its condition. I definitely would NOT order from this site again. Stick to Amazon. Much better quality and much faster!

This is one of the best online shops in the Internet. Orders are coming really fast and in the seamless way. The support is always helpful. I would definitely would recommend this site to anyone that likes online shopping.

Prime4choice is a ripoff. Ordered 2 monkeys in October. Still waiting and customer service is of no help! Please dont use them and stay as far away from these scammers as possible. They stole my money. BEWARE!

I too ordered a fingerling in October and still haven’t received as of today (December 6th). I have contacted them but three won’t repsond. I ask for a refund and their auto reply says I have to send the item back first but I don’t have the item. I just want my money back! They are a joke and I want to report them but I do not know how!

After you complain, they have a fake tracking site and make you think your order in on its way. My express shipping I paid for that was 5-7 days has turned into 16 and counting. I still don’t have my order and none of the links work on the traxking site ec-firstclass.org

Ordered on oct26 it now dec 4 haven't gotten the monkey no reply nothing this place is a scam don't shop this sight awful now iam out 22 lesson well learned

I ordered the cute monkey Oct I and have not received the item yet! I contacted the company but had no response. I want to report the company! How can I?

I ordered the unicorn fingerling on October 3, 2017. On November 3rd I sent an email to find out where it was and got a response back saying that they have had a high order volume and to be patient. November15th I emailed again...no response. Emailed again on December 1st....still no response.

Purchased Fingerling Oct. 19th. Haven't received the product or even got a response to my request for information on shipping. Asking for a refund and no response on that as well.

I wished i read the reviews first would have saved my money!
Terrible company in my opinion, product ‘happy monkey’ came in broken crushed up packaging, posted from china in plastic bag, so no chance of the toy arriving in a nice clean condition
Toy didn’t work, going to try and reclaim money back from pay pal; if everybody reported them to pay pal they will eventually suspends their right to use pay pal or limit them till the customer gives the ok.
One small note: I only ever buy goods from the internet if they offer payment via pay pal, Amazon prime or similar recognised payment method. This has proved the only trusted way to buy goods from a business website, and proves NEVER offer payment to a company that doesn’t offer a recognised payment system such as pay pal or Amazon. I have had companies beg to take my money via credit card input, stating that they don’t want to pay the charges and therefore can offer a lower price to customers! HORSEPOO!
Chances are if they make this claim that they have in fact been kicked off by a recognised system for bad or fake service.

I ordered the fingerling monkey on oct 23. Nov 10th it showed as ready to ship. I waited and waited. Looked like crazy for a phone number but there is none. Had to send a message which the response said it was on it’s wAy and gave me a tracking number. No such number exists. I messaged again and told them to cancel and refund and please call me. I got a message saying they can’t cancel because it’s on it’s wY. It has been 6 weeks. Can’t even talk to anyone. Awful company.

Paid 20$ for fingerling monkey and got a piece of hard plastic toy that will fit on pencil. Not the interacting fingerling that was advertised!! Do not buy from them!!!

SCAM WEBSITE - PAID $40 for junk it arrived 8 weeks later destroyed, opened, the PRODUCT was an angle measure device I purchased through a LINK on INSTAGRAM - the SCREWS FALL OUT - THE Printing of numbers are actually FADED - if you are going to SCAM just steal the MONEY and DON'T BOTHER SENDING IT YOU CROOKS - emailed with photos no response.

This is a scam website and they send you knock-off fake merchandise. And, they use videos from authentic items to advertise their fake items. I made a mistake by buying anything and it appears I may not be able to get my money back.

prime4choice are scammers. Paid almost $50 for an item, They sent me a con note, never arrived in Australia. I contact Aus Post who verified this.

I have contacted prime4choice approx 10 times and nothing.

I have contacted my bank to ask for a refund as they are scammers.

A SCAM!! It's got to be fake. As others have said they take your money and you never see your goods. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
