Awful service, over-priced, zero customer service, rude and very bad attitude
The cleaners had zero understanding of the concept of "end of tenancy professonal cleaning", literally zero knowledge of it. I had to go after them to wipe all the door knobs, taps, glass and shiny surfaces myself. The cleaning quality itself was mediocre at best and they will not clean certain areas e.g. inside built-in cupboards and wardrobes - none were cleaned. You literally have to go check on them and tell them to do this and that if you want it done and they are openly grumpy.
The service is rushed as they have other jobs afterwards, the cleaners complained the hosue was too dirty openly to me with little restraint! Yes they said that to me! Manners and customer service wasn't very good either - e.g.I ask for a switch to be dust off - all it needed was a good dry wipe really - the guy openly irritated, applied some spray on the switch (a multi switch with rotating knobs) and was rubbing so aggresively that I thought he would break the switch's knobs. He ended up making other smeared marks on the painted areas bordering the switch panel. Awful attitude! Awful! The chairs were not cleaned properly either and he would put the wide floor noozle of the vac on the expensive sofa - awful, if that cleans it fair enough he still didn't do a good job i.e. he didn't dust it off properly. When they finish when they finished they accidentally open the hoover sack and dust flew all over the place (not a lot but still) and he made no amend. Many many items and areas were missed entirely and they left their rubbish sack behind. I find that amazing - the level of disregard and carelessness for the job is one of the worst I have seen along with the bad attitude. To top it all up - he threaten me to pay his parking fee (£15) when he finished. The word "threaten" is correctly used here.
This website is bought and operated by Y & Y Cleaners Limited, a bulgarian gang at best. Awful service, will never use again.
