Can't see properly with these new glasses what a waste of money. You learn by your mistakes. I made a real mistake.

Order number 12064...ordered 2 glasses ...poor quality and only cheap £1 reading glasses .not as advertised...total scam company...steer clear my advice

I only want a test and prescription as I buy my glasses on line (I break too many pairs to have anything other than £9/£10 frames!) and I have NEVER even been asked to consider buying there, or had any kind of sales pressure as they know I just want the test and prescription.

Quick professional service. They fixed my broken prescription sunglasses while I waited for £5 (!!!!) Which they also donate to charity! while the other huge competitors wanted £25 and a week to do it.

Can’t recommend these enough.

My experience can only be described as a scam, this company took my payment and called me 5 days later to advise the glasses are no longer
available from the stockist (yet they continue to sell them on their website). This shouldn't be allowed, it is taking people's money under false pretenses. They have yet to issue me a refund - I have raised a claim via Paypal.

Ordered a pair of non prescription sunglasses a month ago still haven't received them no response from prime glasses,got PayPal involved ,did,nt respond to them either,have had to open a case against them and they've not responded to that either,just a waiting game now to get a refund from PayPal.

Not sure about this, maybe have to give them the benefit oft the doubt as it's near Christmas, but ordered glasses on 14/12/19 no word from them until 23/12/19 asking for PD measurement? I had already submitted this on the original order so no idea what that was about.
Returned the Whatsapp message they had used to contact me and gave PD again, Logged into website to track order, no info other than payment pending?? The payment was made on day of purchase with Paypal. Emailed customer services, no reply, again possibly because of holidays. Update, 02/01/20, had a message saying sorry about delay had an issue with lenses, glasses now dispatched. Glasses turned up today and I'm pleasantly surprised, quality is good and much better than expected for budget range.
The glasses were posted with 1st class recorded delivery which cost a lot more than I had paid for postage, so again pleasantly surprised. I think in fairness the delay probably had a lot to do with the holiday period and I will be using them again to order some driving glasses.

Outstanding customer service at Primeglasses.com, helpful staff, turn around time for glasses are very quick. Quality Product, Value for money 5 star.
Definitely use again
