I too have been scammed. I only got the tool holder. I have written to them 3 times. They said I would surely get it. I have requested a refund to no avail.

I was scammed as well..paid for a garden helper for my elderly mum and was sent a bag!!! Tried to contact them several times with no response. Definately turned off purchasing online.

I ordered a Garden Kneeler on 1 April 2022 and have not received it yet. I have written and received a message from Jeff saying it is on its way. I wrote again today and my email has bounced back to me. I think this company is a scam! I will never order from them again.

Like everyone else I ordered the garden helper on May 2nd. Sent a couple of emails and received "sorry etc" replies. Unfortunately I didn't use PayPal,so the money is lost. Lesson learned. Do not order anything from them if they ever resurface again.

Like any other customers, I ordered the Garden Helper early this year. Even after the promissing emails from Jeff, I never got my purchase. I sent another email today and it bounced back. It seams that those people are scammers ! To anyone, dont buy from Prime Glitter !

I ordered the upgraded model May 27 and have not received anything other than the small canvas tool holder. UBI tracking number checked in June stated a delivery date of between July 2 and July 22. Today, July 27 tracking number shows No information available.
I tried replying to email previously received from them and get - no store found. Guess I will try Paypal like everyone else.

I also ordered the Garden Helper on April 22, 2022. It is now July 26 and I have only received the tool bag. After several emails and several excuses I have come to believe it is a scam. Do not order from them...I can no longer reach them so I will be very surprised if |I receive the rest of the order.

Total.scam I ordered two benches on May 25 th and still have not received them. I only received 2 small tool bags. I sent an email and they said shipping delays that was on June 8th. It is July 25th and still no garden benches. Thankfully I ordered through PayPal and got a refund

I also had ordered a garden kneeling stool and have not received it. I have contacted the company 3 times with reassurance that there were shipment delays and that I would get it. I emailed again today and the email bounced back. Sounds like I have lost that money. Do not order anything from Prime Glitter Inc.

They don't deserve any stars!! These folks are scammers. My story is exactly the same as the others. Each email I sent was returned with a "it's still on its way". That's BS for sure. I will do a better job of vetting companies like this in the future. Since this site was on FB, I wonder if they take any responsibility? Probably not, but it really seems like FB would vet companies like this to be sure they're real.

I am very disappointed and angry. Only the tool case to my ordered Garden Kneeler arrived. They apologised for the mistake. They assured me via email that they sent a new one and even gave me $15 discount from my next order. I never got the actual Garden Helper. After so many email exchanges, they said my order was cancelled and I will be refunded. I have not seen the money yet. The support email no longer works. For a retiree it a lot of money to loose.

Back in March 2022 I ordered and paid through PayPal for 2 garden benches. Prime Glitter sent several e-mails with the last one received from the company's CEO. I still have not received my order so I'm requesting my total refund of $99.37. The company's provided e-mail for support is no longer valid.

I wouldn't even give them one star. What a scam. They took my money. I didn't get my product. I contacted them and they assured me I would receive it. They said it was a supply delay. That was in May. Got a cheap little piece of canvas that was supposed to be part of the upgrade. Now the website and contact no longer exist. Totally ripped off. Lost over $44.00. I want my money back.

This is a total scam. I ordered the garden bench. The upgraded version . I received a little green pouch with velcro, and nothing else. That was 2 months ago!!

I fell for this scam in April. Same story as other reviews. I paid with a credit card and all I got was a $50 tool bag☹️⭐

I fell for this scam also. Ordered mine in April and I have not received anything but the tool bag. I have email them and told them I wanted my money back and was told they do not do refunds. But it is still coming. I just tried to send them another email and it got returned said the address no longer a good address. I will report to PayPal and hopefully get my money back. I sorry this has happened to so many people but at the same time I'm glad I'm not the only one.

This company is a total scam. My grandma purchased ''The Garden Helper" for $29.95 and all she received was a small green pouch. She ordered this product in April and it's July and she still hasn't received the full product. SCAM!!!!! She has emailed the support team multiple times and all they say back is'' sorry for the inconvenience we will ship this item soon"This company should be ashamed that they take peoples money especially the elderly. NOT HAPPY.

I ordered my garden bench a while back and have not received it. I asked for it to be canceled and have not got my money back yet. So they are scaming people out of their money.

Well, I fell for this scam as well. I've filed a fraud report with PayPal and hopefully will get my money refunded.

Ordered my garden helper in March. Like everyone else I only received tool bag plus lots of excuses. Lodging for refund via PayPal.
