Same issue as others..paid via cc on end of April..still no product. Some email response but will not refund me as I have requested several times.

total joke . never got anything.

I ordered the garden stool and received a plastic bag. Unable to contact. A scam. Just curious, why do they send anything? Does it extend the scam, give them more time to swindle others?
UPDATE: I received a reply from Jeff at customer service (although the website is still down) offering a 50% off coupon for my inconvenience - to be used to purchase something else from them. Humph SCAM - why would I give a scammer even more money

I ordered the garden kneeler on 3/5/22 and never received. Stock answer on a continuous basis when written to support.primeglitter.com, never received item. The game seems to be "take the money and run" but still advertising for the garden kneeler. SCAM! BBB be advised.

If there was a rating -100 I would give it. I ordered this and yes IT Is a SCAM. $29.95 out of pocket and product never received. Scam.....

My cc was charged $29.95, and all I received was the green 3 slots for your tools. Tried reaching out to the site, and keep getting not available, it was a scam.. Just filed a complaint with me CC and let them handle it, I also sent an email tp primeglitter ( like that will do anything)

I guess I wasn't the only one! I ordered two Garden Helpers. Only got the pouch like everyone else. No answers to all contact. These people should be in jail .RWENGLEHORN

Never got the garden helper, only the plastic tool holder that fits on the garden helper, almost 30.00 USD for a piece of plastic, waiting to see if the rest of the order arrives before declaring this company as a fraud.

Same happened to me as all the others. Got the worthless tool pouch from Jane 371 little falls rd ste. 4 cedar Grove NJ 07009. Had a tracking number that when this pouch was delivered it said my item had been delivered. Prime Glitters web site doesn't work now either. Turned it over to pay pal

PayPal gave me a refund.

So fed up. Seems I’m next on a long list with others who ordered this garden helper in good faith (I even opted for the up grade). I’ve emailed back and forth with “Jeff” no last name of course to no avail. Guess I’ll contact my bank....ugh!

Just received a garden pouch and not the garden kneeler from so called primeglitter.com, this is a scam and I want my money back, I am disgusted with this as you cannot even communicate with them to find out whats going on ! Totally ripped off !

I ordered the Garden Helper kneeling bench. All I received was a cheap little tool pouch and no bench. I have contacted their support number, and will revise this rating if they actually fulfill my order. Next step is to escalate it in paypal.

TOTAL SCAM! Product not received. Emails unanswered.

Prime Glitter you should be ashamed that so many people have order from you and received the same results, nothing for our hard earned money.

Primeglitter.com is a total scam. My experience was just like all the others.
"Bought" the garden helper, but it was never shipped. The company never responded to any of my inquiries. My credit card company is investigating and has issued a temporary refund.

I just joined the lang list of people scammed by this company. Contacted Visa and they will file a complaint with this company. The company will have 15 days to return my money. If they do not, Visa will return the money to my account. So go call your credit card company and see if you can get you money back.

I ordered the garden bench, received a cheap pouch only. Never heard from company even though I sent many messages, even my receipt..a scam. Do not order.

Same as everyone else. Bag no kneeler. Hopefully bank can get money back.

Same experience as many. I upgraded to the premium product, and it shows on my receipt. After two weeks I received only a little canvas tool bag to hang on my non-existent garden helper. Cannot get so much as a single response from the seller.
