If I could do zero stars I would. I booked in for surgery for February 2026. Unfortunately as I was due to go for my surgery I was advised in the uk I had a tumour growth on my ovary. I then had to cancel my surgery unfortunately. I paid in full upfront £10,000 to my detriment as rhianne was communicating very well and being very helpful, of course I now realise it was to receive payment. To send the payment rhianne was impatient and requesting and communication was great. I have been trying to get a refund ever since and after everything I have been through with my health this is just causing an absolute nightmare! I urge anyone do not go with this company they just want money not to help! I am fortunate enough to be able to have legal and police help in Izmir so my processes have begun.. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY BELIEVE ALL THE BAD REVIEWS BELOW!!

I was terrified of the dentist, went to get my teeth done i was supposed to have sedation but unfortunately the anethiest had a car accident so couldn't be sedated Rhina made me feel relaxed i went through 4 and a half hours having treatment calmly and so supportive, she was always checking on me , when I got home so many people have asked who done my teeth because they look so natural I had no pain throughout. So if you have a phobia of dentist please go to this company amazing.

Will be coming back this year for sure best thing I’ve done. I had my boobs done and liposuction in 2024. Best thing I’ve done from start to finish felt so looked after. Everything was so smooth. From the booking, flights, airport, the hotel, hospital the care. Will be returning for sure.

Had my gastric sleeve including reversal surgery with Prime Health in October 2025 and wish I had attended sooner!There were some hiccups in the beginning before flying out toTurkey, however issues were resolved and from the meet and greet at the airport the care was second to none. The lovely Ashley met us there , even the driver was lovely!Rhianne went over and above! The level of care in the hospital was not like anything I had experienced here at home even in private settings! Dee was an absolute star she made sure everything was in place, advocated needs and was there to fully support before and after surgery. I attended without a companion but met some lovely ladies and her companion who were also undergoing surgery so never felt alone .My experience with Prime Health is one I will not forget . Rhianne made sure we had everything we needed and was always on hand .Thankyou Rhianne and team for everything ❤️

I had thought very highly of Rhianne but now i am totally appalled and disgusted by her lack of professionalism as a CEO of a company.

At Rhianne’s request I deleted previous negative reviews I had posted as Rhianne “promised” she would repay my refund. Yet, despite removing the reviews on more than one occasion throughout the year still no refund received. I have had to constantly chase Rhianne to respond to my messages / phone calls and been met with endless excuses, delays, issues, outright lies, false promises and total dishonesty. Rhianne is now blatantly ignoring any form of communication. Yes the contact does state deposits are non refundable, however as I had previous surgery with PHC Rhianne agreed and promised she would return the deposit I had paid for further surgery. Having read other reviews on refunds not being paid I was totally taken for a sucker - Rhianne had no intention whatsoever of repaying the refund and led me on for a year causing me a lot of anguish. Rhianne will accept your deposit with no issues what so ever but not when it comes to paying out.

How can you put your life, in hands of a company and fully trust them when they totally contradict their own “Promise to you” on their website, as well as contradicting their very own vision statements of “we have your back” and are “ALWAYS honest and transparent in our dealings with our clientele” - What a total joke for a mission statement.

Avoid this company at all costs - Rhianne is not the sweet, caring and trusting person she portrays herself to be. Your money for PHC is the top priority. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Do not trust Rhianne the owner of this company! I paid over £5000 for surgery I was due to leave 6am for airport, night before at 5.30pm told I can’t book you in flight system not letting her, this is after weeks and days of requesting tickets so I can check in. Half hour later a voice message cancelling surgery due to surgeon hurting herself unable to operate! After wells of chasing and lack of communication I requested refund I had already lost £s due to airport parkjng, dog kennels, time off work. But things just didn’t add up. She said she could book me in 2 weeks time again this didn’t add up if surgeon had really hurt herself how would they know she would be able to operate??? They cancelled the surgery I was willing to go until all this delay and lies. This was 30/12/25 I am still waiting for refund!!!! Rhianne has promised 3xtimes money has been sent but no payment ref to track payment!!

I recently travelled to Turkey for my breast augmentation with Prime Health Concept, and honestly the entire experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish.

From the moment I arrived, everything was organised perfectly. The transfers were seamless, punctual, and completely stress-free, which made such a difference when travelling abroad for surgery. The apartment provided was clean, comfortable, and felt very safe — it really helped me relax and focus on recovery.

What truly made the experience outstanding was the surgeon herself. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted, answered all my questions thoroughly, and made me feel confident and reassured throughout the process. I never felt rushed or pressured, and her attention to detail was amazing.

The whole team at Prime Health Concept were supportive, responsive, and well organised. Communication was clear at every stage, and I felt looked after the entire time.

If anyone is considering travelling abroad for surgery, I would absolutely recommend them. The level of care, professionalism, and overall experience made what could have been a stressful journey feel smooth and positive.

Do not trust this company!! They are refusing to give me my money back and have been nasty to me also ( this is the owner btw ) I told this woman my circumstances that my uncle has passed away and I could not make it over and she is still refusing to give me my money back! Won’t accept phone calls and been nasty to me! They have also done this to more women and also made fun of a poor lady by holding up her tummy and comparing it to a man’s stomach and posting selfies with this persons body part it’s disgusting. Please stay away and go with much safer company’s in turkey which won’t leave you botched or at a loss of money! She has causes so much stress for me with no consideration making me go back and forth to my bank with a fake reference number which my bank told me does not exist. The treatment you receive from them is appauling please avoid at all costs!!

Can not recommend prime enough! Rihanne is one of the most genuine lovely people and she works hard to grow the business she has. She was there for us from start to finish and always answered our calls, messages straight away. She is very professional, helpful and has built a really good business. None of the bad reviews are about Rihanne, I get it is daunting having any surgeries done but we can’t recommend her company enough!

We had the most amazing time with Rihanne at prime. She was always there for us, no matter what time of day just checking in and making sure we are both ok. If we needed anything she was there for us straight away. The hotel was immaculate, the food and the hotel staff were really friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Rihanne has grown and amazing company, please don’t be put off by bad reviews and these are no reflection on her company or herself. She is hard working, knowledgable and just a kind person!! I would highly recommend!! Thank you for everything!

I had a sleeve at the beginning of October and cannot fault the whole team it was amazing I felt so at ease. Even the after care is amazing! You wouldn’t get half of the checks back home In the uk. Cannot recommend them enough! Thankyou so much to Rhianne and her team x

From start to finish was highly impressed with the service we received , I was picked up from the airport in a Mercedes mini bus and driven to my accommodation . I was driven by Rhianne to the hospital for my surgery which was amazing and I had my own room with 2 beds which enabled my partner to stay with me , the surgeon was amazing and I had a mummy makeover with 360 lipo suction, could not fault the aftercare as they could not do enough for me, I am absolutely overwhelmed with my results and would definitely recommend this company will definitely go back if ever I require any other surgery .

Went with my mom for a gastric sleeve together in June 2024. We were able to share a private hospital room with beds next to each other (our request) and went to surgery one after the other. We were able to go to all pretests together and met some amazing carers, one of who I've kept in touch with personally. You were never left to suffer etc. I messaged a carer at 2am as my hand had swollen due to IV and her and a doctor came straight away. Can't fault the service or the end results. I've lost over 6 stone and maintaining that loss. I've got a much better relationship with food and my life has changed significantly for the better. Before the op I was on crutches the majority of the day now with the excess weight gone I'm on them a lot less. Thank you rhianne for changing my life and to all the amazing carers we met. Had support throughout my journey and they are still only a message away.

I thought I could trust rhianne the owner and I was manipulated and lied to all along, I’m sorry if I have upset anyone or hurt anyone along the time I had the wool completely covered over my eyes.
Please do your research and never take one persons word!

My wife had a sleeve and arm lift with prime and from the outcome to the care the after care is second to none they went above and beyond for her, I stayed at home with kids while she went with cousin and I had no worries as I knew she was in the best hands

I am actually shocked when looking at these reviews. I have had a couple of chats with this company regarding getting a sleeve and my teeth done at the same time but what I have read about Lauren Kaye is appalling I’m lost for words. This is her 3rd company to collab with as the others got rid when she demanded further free surgery. Then to try and bring the company down. More shocking to see her in an operating theatre holding up someone’s stomach, comparing it to a man who has caught a fish is shocking. I will now be going with Turkey Health Shop and avoiding the corrupt PHC that’s for sure

I enquired about dental treatment, I chose not to go ahead as Lauren requested the deposit to be paid I to her personal bank account?... Didn't seem right.
I then come across a video of Lauren's partner, Hannah saying really terrible things about prime health concept winners who have dental treatment... Her tone was Very aggressive and nasty.
Lauren is rude and is unable to answer any medical questions.
Please stay away from this company if you value your health and we'll being as they will block you if you question anything. Avoid.
I wouldn't even give 1 star, they're that bad... But had to choose 1, so I could leave honest feedback.

A person who goes by the names of Lauren Kaye or Lauren Evens is a fraudster. No qualifications, nothing. Just a spiteful selfish woman who cons vulnerable people into paying money into her personal bank account. Why is this company allowing it. Please research this company and you’ll see negative reviews from many people. The company itself has been reported, this woman can not get away with what she has and is continuing to do. Awful.

This company employs Lauren Kaye who claims to be an IVF specialist, all she was, was the guinea pig for Prime Health Concept and to promote their new IVF venture. She had more children even though she had her other taken away from her by social services and they still don't live with her. She says they live with her mum, who she doesn't get on with (wonder why, perhaps her mum knows what she's like), anyway, she claims it's " in their best interest" to stay where they are just now, using their disability as an excuse etc. She stated she'd do a free treatment giveaway once she'd reached a certain amount of followers, this never happened. She begs left right and centre for freebies but makes out that she doesn't by saying that people ask what they can gift her. Hint hint, I'm wanting to go on holiday, can anyone suggest anywhere, like she can't look into it herself. Do not trust Lauren Kaye or PHC, so many botched plastic surgeries, if you don't believe me, just Google Leah Mattson botched either PHC, look at what they did to her.

I wanted a tummy tuck but upon further i investigation this company They have a ivf specialist whos only speciality is a positive pregnancy? No qualifications? Nothing? Shes also got a photo floating round of her holding someones body part in a surgey room ! Its scary... shes also being investigated for fraud and known for many dodgy dealings please be very careful and really look in to this company first especially Lauren kaye but they fact they employ her speaks volumes
