This was my first purchase from Primejackets and it was unique from the start. Once I made my purchase any communications I made was promptly replied to. I ended up requesting a larger size for the jacket and again the reply and subsequent exchange was made with an unexpected bonus. I will definitely purchase from them again. Awesome experience.

You won't let me return and receive a refund, even though the item was different than discribed/ expected.

This company is dedicated to scamming people, don't buy anything because they play with your money. Once they've been paid, they fall silent and stall about your shipment.

The jacket I ordered was excellent in quality and fit. Very happy with the product. Im thrilled with the customer service in one aspect: your response to my emails were very prompt and accommodating. However, the delivery service was wanting, long delayed, no tracking notification and an unexpected import fee. You made good on all of it and I appreciate that about you. I wish you would have kept me in the loop during the waiting for 24 days from order date to delivery. Come on guys, I believe in you, I expect you can do better. Lets try for 5 stars next order.

Ordered a jacket for my father for his birthday. It took a while to get to us, but when it arrived it looked great. Sadly, he tried it on only for it to not fit him properly! Sent an email to get it exchanged, and they were super helpful!

The company is selling fake leather goods with fake Nike logos. Buyer beware, they are not willing to offer a full refund or provide a return address because of warehouse maintenance issues..DO NOT BUY

I ordered a kobe jacket for my 11 year old son. I was concerned when it had been a couple weeks and nothing. When I read the reviews here my heart sank. First thing I did was email prime jackets and to my suprise they responded a couple hours later and gave me the tracking info. The jacket arrived today about 3 days after I contacted them. It is likely hand made but that's OK because my son loves it and that's what matters the most. Jacket materials were accurately described in the listing. Its not super warm, more of like a show piece, but in the end I would buy from them again. My advice is definitely size up at least 1 to 2 sizes. I am glad I did because it fits perfect.

Product received not as advertised

I ordered a sports jacket and when I received it, it was not the jacket I expected. I emailed them and they got back to me promptly, with multiple solutions for returning the item. In the meantime, I received a duty invoice from FedEx, which I brought to Primejackets' attention, and they agreed to pay it. They sent me an email saying payments were refunded and should be in my account within eight business days. I confirmed the payments on the same day with my credit card. The situation was handled professionally, promptly and to my satisfaction. I would have given them 5 stars but had to knock one off for not getting the correct item. I would definitely recommend them.

I wish I had read the reviews. The jacket I ordered was a knock off Nike football coaches jacket. I ordered a 3XL, and it was at best an XL. This was a very disappointing Christmas present. Then the return process. I did exactly as instructed. The tags were left on, I had to measure the jacket and take photos of the measurements. Then the best part...NO REFUNDS. I could keep the jacket and get a $30 credit towards another product or return the jacket for a new one and they will charge me $30 for the return shipping. Needless to say, a waste of $90.00, and I am donating the jacket. I will say they are very slick because no where in their return policy do they mention a refund. BUYER BEWARE!

Total rip off took forever to get here and when it got here the team name wasn't even spelled correctly on the back was not as advertised not at all as advertised I should have spent $40 more about the real thing I cannot advise anybody to buy anything from these people absolutely nothing.
I guess the old saying is true you get what you pay for!!

I ordered one size that unfortunately didn't fit to my husband, when I contact Prime jacket and they were very helpful patient and courteous with me. They are very kind people and they care about the customers

I ordered 2 identical jackets as Christmas gifts (2 different recipients) on Dec. 3rd. They hust arrived today (1/2/26). Communication with the company was difficult to say the least. Told they had shipped, then had not shipped but would be shipping. No tracking information until after Christmas. One jacket looks as advertised but the other is cheap material, silver buttons and zipper. Not at all what was advertised. Have emailed the company again to find out about returning it and getting a full refund. No word yet. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

This website is 100% a scam. Please don’t give them your money.

Ordered a Denver Bronco jacket and received a "Detroit" Broncos jacket. Along with that, the jacket is of sub-par materials. Prime jackets solution to this is for ME TO PAY $30 for a replacement jacket. They sent faulty garbage merchandise. I don't want a replacement, I want my money back.
