The company is an absolute scam..I ordered 2 of the same jacket..small and Medium for Christmas gifts..the jackets they sent wouldn't fit a 5 yr old..they were for a 22 yr old and 25 yr old..exchange policy let me get 30% of over $200 order.." keep the priduct" Garbage..I better get the refund for this purchase..stay clear of this company

Ordered this in early December and they didn’t ship for weeks after saying I would receive it by December 15th. When I reached out about status, they said it would be another 5 business days, which didn’t work me because it was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I responded to them after this and asked for a refund since they shipped late, they miraculously shipped it that day, and I received it in time. Unfortunately, it was a bootleg version of the jacket I ordered - horrible quality, dirty, and way too small even though it was advertised as a Men’s Large. And to return it for a refund, you have to pay for shipping even though it’s their fault. Finally, just got contacted by FedEx for import fees. What?? Horrible company shipping out of Pakistan/ don’t use.

Ordered a Princess Diana Eagles jacket for my girlfriend. The jacket they sent looked like a child’s large.
Wouldn’t respond to emails asking for refund, so asked to exchange said it would be 30 dollars.

I ordered a jacket from Prime Jacket as a Christmas present for my husband and paid extra for expedited shipping. Almost three weeks later, the order still shows “in process” and there is no sign that it will arrive in time for Christmas.

This company did not deliver what they promised. Paying extra for expedited shipping meant nothing, and there has been no meaningful communication or update. Based on my experience, this website appears misleading and untrustworthy.

I would not recommend this company. They take your money but do not follow through on their commitments. Buyers should be very cautious before ordering.

I got the rip wheeler suede leather jacket . It looked just like the picture and better than I expected . Great quality . They could be more organized on sending shipping emails and have better pictures on the website for the actual jacket I feel , overall really nice made jacket

I purchased a sweatshirt on December 8th and did not receive a tracking number. I have called and texted the company with my information be they have not responded

Shipping was in a reasonable timeframe. Wasn’t satisfied with the product. However, customer service was excellent. Very responsive and answered all my emails professionally. My issues was taken care of and I’m 100% percent satisfied with their customer service.

Ordered a NE Patriots jacket as a Christmas gift on 11/30, writing this on 12/13 after receiving a response to my email inquiry stating it should ship in 3-4 business days and then will take another 4-5 business days after that to be delivered. Needless to say I’m not too happy as it seems a coin toss as to whether it be received before Christmas Eve when I planned to give it as a gift. I won’t be purchasing from this company again.

Stay away!!! Terrible customer service after sending a damaged product. Do not buy from this place. I should have done more research.

I ordered what was advertised as a Chrome Hearts navy jacket, expecting a premium, well-constructed piece. The listing photos looked authentic and high-quality, so I assumed I’d receive something in that realm. Delivery took about 2 weeks and the parcel arrived neatly packaged, but that’s where the positives end.

The jacket inside was nothing like what I’d ordered. Instead of a structured navy Chrome Hearts piece, I received a flimsy blue jacket that looked and felt cheap. The material was thin, the detailing completely wrong, and the overall design bore no resemblance to the photos. To make matters worse, it had a strong chemical smell—almost like plastic—that hit me the moment I opened the bag. Definitely not something I’d feel comfortable wearing without several washes.

Definitely a scam.... At this point I know I've lost 100.00 I'm thinking now it's a fake website. Stay away

i ordered 2 sweatshirts on 11/10/2025. as of 12/5/2025 i have not got them. i have sent several emails. i have no order number so i cant get a call back. there is NO number to call them. i have emailed my number 251 504 0435 twice. not sure but to go to credit card company and get my money back.

They are dishonest with their process and delivery. 2 weeks has turned into 5 and I still have received this phantom jacket. Don't buy from these losers.

Did a search for a 1962 Los Angeles Dodgers satin windbreaker jacket and because they were sold out at Ebbets Field Flannel, Prime Jackets had the same exact photo at half the price, so I ordered it. The jacket that i finally received-after no communication for Bally arrive 3 weeks later.The jacket is a counterfeit (nothing like the photo on their website) has bubbled iron on letters and it smells like toxic chemicals. It’s GARBAGE. DO NOT ORDER FROM PRIME JACKETS. Now they are telling me I have to pay for return shipping or get 30% off. Why would I even want not only a defective jacket but a counterfeit?

I’m reporting Prime Jackets to the FTC and would encourage others to do so too.

Don’t believe the positive reviews. I’m convinced their fake.

Absolute garbage. It looks nothing like the picture and the supposed black leather wasn't actually black it was red and they used some sort of stain or shoe Polish to try and cover up the red, The black was smeared on the jacket sleeves as well as rubbing off on places of the leather and you could see the red through. Additionally it is not actually shipped from the United States like it states it came from Pakistan and then they tried to charge me terrorists on it.

I ordered these jackets for a Christmas gift. I received them and am really so happy to see it was exactly as described on the website! Great quality fabric.

Ordered the Gru jacket less than two weeks before Halloween. Got the jacket in time, and very pleased with the quality. Also, the customer service was very responsive to my panicked inquiries about receiving the jacket in time for Halloween.

At first I was a bit hesitant as I hadn’t heard much about this website but after I had emailed them back and fourth I made a purchase and I gotta say, im very satisfied, they responded to all my emails answering any questions I may have had and the package arrived quickly with my jacket I got. Although I do recommend buying a size up from what you usually are !! Other than that I am impressed ❤️
