Prime Leather was born out of a simple (but slightly dramatic) realization: “Why is it so hard to find a leather jacket that’s actually… perfect?” Too stiff. Too flimsy. Too shiny. Too fake. We tried them all, and we were over it. So, we stopped settling and started stitching.

No customer service

I ordered an XL jacket but received a size M instead. It’s been a week since the delivery and none of my emails have been answered. Their phone number has been disconnected, and there’s no other way to get in touch. No one ever responds on the chat either.

They claim to be a South Australia-based company, but the jacket was shipped from Pakistan with no tracking number and no email notification beforehand.

While the jacket itself is well made, with quality fabric and neat stitching, the complete lack of customer service and transparency has left me extremely dissatisfied. Steer clear of primeleather.au. It’s just not worth the hassle.
