Stupidly I used this Morrisons delivery for the second time. Booked following day slot 6pm to 8pm. Tracked order . Received text delivery running late. Then after 10.30 p.m received message order has... See more

Morrisons delivery through Amazon-frustrating and annoying.
I'm reviewing the Morrisons delivery through Amazon here.
I live "out in the wilds" in the countryside, meaning that I have to factor in the cost of petrol when shopping some distance away, which I have to do for less day-to-day items like coffee beans and black grapes, which aren't available in our local small Morrisons. However, just because you've been able to order this kind of thing (and been told on the app it's available), even for a next day delivery (so you'd think they would know), repeatedly, you get disappointed with them not arriving. And sometimes you are still being charged (so be super-careful about checking everything you've paid for).
Then there's the sub-standard produce. I get the distinct feeling that they scrape out the worst stuff for people who aren't able to pick it out for themselves. Mouldy blueberries, anyone? Or fancy some "closed cap mushrooms" which are all open, split and brown. Yummy.
Yes, you can get a refund when you complain. But that hardly helps you get the items you need-and now have to drive miles for. It's a total lack of care. Much more reliable to go to one of the major supermarkets for the delivery service.
Terrible, don’t waste your time. Nothing is in stock!
Only tried this as they offered a discount voucher. It’s terrible. Most items are unavailable. For example, not one cheddar cheese available. Items on offer are a fraction of the stock in a Morrisons store. Really not sure why Amazon are partnering with them on this system. I’ll stick to one of the other big 3 for online orders.
Constantly receive items very close to…
Constantly receive items very close to best before date. Most recent delivery my yoghurts were 2 WEEKS past best before date. I didnt notice, ate and became sick.
Final straw morrisons. Will now move on to find a better service.
Amazon not much better as all i get is a refund. Given the fact that this error made me pysically sick, I should be receiving more than jist a £3 refund??
Terrible customer support service
Terrible customer support service. Don't even bother unless you are requesting a refund.
I had an issue with subtitles not appearing on a Prime Video film, on any device I tried it on. And other people had also complained. I thought it would be a simple task to report this, especially as the problem was clearly at their end, but no. I spent nearly TWO HOURS on chat with their supposed customer support staff being asked pointless and repetitive questions, being told that they were speaking with some mythical "tech engineers".
I was cut off three times and each time a new person supposedly reread the previous comments but it's like most of it clearly didn't sink in or they just didn't bother to read it properly.
My entire impression is of a customer service that has no interest in customers, their problems, or providing any kind of service beyond discouraging you from ever bothering them again.
Well they can do with less of my custom, that's if I don't leave alltogether
The only review you need!! Cancel Amazon membership!
Best thing I ever did was to cancel my evil Amazon Prime membership. And stopped using Amazon.
1st: They put crap on prime and make you pay to watch even for old stuff.
2nd: Their customer service for anything is more
corporate and greedy and no longer care about their long time customers.
3rd: They are backed by evil companies like BlackRock investors that keep getting richer and more evil just google them and you see why.
4th: They were rude to me in customer service, and offer max 24 months warranty when before it was practically unlimited they had a motto your money is safe with Amazon, but it's not, a 3-year-old hard drive broke out of warranty not even the manufacturer Western Digital will give you help, went to Amazon and if this was pre-2018 they would have refunded me. Lost well over 200 quid.
Your money is NOT safe with Amazon anymore.
Bottom line is we should all ban together and cancel Amazon Prime, don't order anything ships and sold by Amazon.com or Amazon.co.uk or any product directly from Amazon, preferably use another shop if not you can still order but do it for small business sellers.
We should all cancel from Amazon com and Amazon UK to teach these big companies that are backed by evil corporate investors such as BlackRock a lesson in customer service and decency to humans, only then will Good prevail.
I know it might be tough to cancel prime videos or free next day delivery, but technically it's not free, do some research they are pulling one over everyone.
The only thing necessary for evil to win is for good men and women to do nothing....
Morrisons are rubbish.
Terrible. 2nd time now they have accepted order over £100 and then failed to deliver in the two hour window promised. Getting refund involves spending 30 minutes talking to chatbot “customer service “. Amazon are normally very good. Morrisons are garbage.
Amazon Morrisons Review:
Amazon Morrisons Review:
Terrible, simple as that really. I like Morrisosn to go shop in their store, but for online delivery they have always been crap. Items either out of date on the day of delivery or the day after. Half the items you order don't arrive. And that's before you try to order on Amazon!
I just tried it through Amazon as they sent me a code but gave up in no time. It was taking forever for pages to load up, a lot of the items don't have ingredients listed, and the selection was worse than I remember it being directly through the Morrisons store page itself.
I'm going to stick with Tesco for online delivery, the best of all the main supermarkets if you want your food delivered on time and if you want to get what you ordered.
I have been with Amazon Prime for years…
I have been with Amazon Prime for years and I simply cannot believe the bad reviews on Trust Pilot because Amazon have been consistently good in every department. Delivery is incrediblt, order one day get it the next with many things. If there is a problem Amazon Customer Service is second to none and they sort it out immediately and courteously. I ordered a cordless vac which after useing twice had a smell of burning. Amazon refunded immediately and sent me a KNIGHT 10 which has turned out to be brilliant with a long battery charge which is great. I have NEVER EVER Had any problems when ordering anything through Amazon. and I know my order is safe with them which I why I would always order through them as a first choice. How can anyone give a bad review to a firm which consistently delivers first class service at a reasonable price.
It's time to move away from amazon
It's time to move away from amazon, I am a prime member, I payed the not cheap fee so as to get the promised next day delivery, not a load of fake information via text and emails telling lies as to where the delivery is, I'll explain, on Tues. I ordered a item there was a choice of 5 or 6, I chose a slightly more expensive one as it had prime next day delivery. On tuesday night I got email, your item has been dispatched, on Wednesday another email, item out for delivery, will arrive 17 45 to 19 45. sat waiting untill 22 00 no delivery. Another email item will be delivered tomorrow, to cut a long story short no delivery, more email late into night saying item defo on way but no delivery. Sat. Morning email tells me it will be delivered sometime over weekend.
Am I supposed to sit in a total of 6 days waiting for amazon to meet thier obligations.
As I said time to try temu and ebay.
Swift delivery
I made an order at 11am and it arrived at 1pm almost complete but i was advised a refund was coming for a couple of missing items. I can’t really fault the service. I was a bit nervous as i had ordered then read the reviews here. Delivery lady was pleasant.
Amazon Morrisons delivery missing with no explanation.
I ordered some groceries from Morrisons via my Amazon Prime account. When the order was only partially delivered the driver said the balance would be delivered but Amazon could offer no explanation for where the groceries were and whether or not I could expect them. The standard excuse is that they cannot answer because it was via another party. If I order from Amazon surely they should be the ones to resolve the issue instead of giving excuses.
Amazon don’t bother with Morrisons
Amazon don’t bother with Morrisons. Why would you partner with a company that are incapable of fulfilling online shopping orders?
Amazon is fab. Morrisons are appalling. Most of my food went out of date on the day of delivery or the following day. I work 14 hour shifts and had energy to try and resolve this.
My advice to anyone considering using Morrisons via Amazon for convenience, trust me and all the other reviews…it’s not worth iy
The Morrisons APP via Amazon
The Morrisons APP via Amazon has had my iPhone frozen for almost an hour. Do not use. Nothing but problems. Ready to hit it off the wall!
An absolute shambles.
I ordered a home delivery as an emergency as I was running out of essentials, the weather was very bad, I am an elderly lady suffering from arthritis, and the other local supermarkets had no delivery slots available.
The first thing to note is "You will not be disturbed when the delivery is made." Why not, especially if your order includes frozen items?
I live in a second floor flat with a long path to the front door and although I looked out for the delivery van I didn't realise it had been until I saw the message, 1 hour after the delivery was said to have been made.
I checked at the front door, no sign of my shopping. I called the contact number. The adviser said the delivery had been made and there was a photo on the confirmation email that had been sent to me, this photo would not open. They resent the photo which showed the order had been left at the wrong house. Eventually the adviser checked the address, which was next door to mine, another converted Victorian house which has a car park instead of a front garden. Most of the people in that building are out at work but fortunately I was able to get in and find my shopping, which could easily have been taken by a dishonest person.
I think what probably happened is that the driver parked in the car park next door, in an area which I can't see from my flat, and just left my shopping there instead of going to the trouble of bringing it to my address.
Having discovered my shopping I then had to bag everything, including heavy items like milk and juice, and carry it all the way round to my building then up four flights of stairs to my flat. I was stressed, exhausted and in quite a lot of pain by this time.
On checking the food, I noticed the frozen prawns I'd ordered to be used in the future had begun to defrost (and of course they cannot be refrozen), the bananas were in a very poor condition, the sandwich baguettes had been replaced by sub rolls and the chilli sausages had been replaced by bramley apple sausages, which I already had in my order and didn't need a second pack.
The main problems with this service are that if the driver doesn't even ring your doorbell, you're not aware that your food has arrived until you see the confirmation message or email, which in my case was an hour later. Also, you are unable to return any unwanted items, as you can with other store deliveries, as you never get to see the driver face to face.
I have been given a £10 gift card by way of apology and the adviser was as helpful as possible, but as a result of my experience I will never use this service again and would not recommend.
they are the worst company in the world…
they are the worst company in the world i think i'd rather trust alibaba or temu than amazon
Spoiled food and missing items AGAIN!
Everything you order something is either spoiled or missing, everytime I have to ask for a refund, this is not the future!
If possible I would have not awarded…
If possible I would have not awarded any stars . I will never use this service again . This is the second and last time I've used Morrisons on Amazon and numerous items were missing both times over £20+ but charged for the items .
Amazon UK Morrison Cancel on me again!.
Amazon UK Morrison Cancel on me again!.
4 times now and totally sick of it, I called Amazon who apologised and said it won't happen again after the 2nd time yet it continues to happen. So have officially decided not to shop at Morrisons due to my confidence in them providing a reliable service being poor.
Not for the first time has my Morrisons…
Not for the first time has my Morrisons order through Amazon been cancelled. No phone calls just an email to say it will arrive later, then just a silence and eventually cancellation
Morrisons review
Terrible over the last few months from out of date / spoiled food, missing items and late delivery. Last order I made I paid £7 delivery I then added stuff ti my order before it was packed but was charged delivery again instead of it being added to my first order. Then the order that arrived wasnt even mine. When I asked Amazon to send the driver back they asked for puctures then gave me a refund and said i could just dispose of it. When I asked for the complaints email address and sent an email I got a reply saying that email address is not in use so I will not purchase from Morrisons through Amazon again
