When I moved here it was impossible to find a store that carried the litter that my cat needed. It is a special type and Primepet.com carried it at a much more reasonable price then any where! The delivery time is great and it is packaged so it won't rip apart in transit! I will continue to order from this company.

The pet feeding-control dish was of high quality, was well-packaged and arrived fairly promptly. The features are just as described and our cats had no problem figuring out how to use it. I would recommend that users place a rubber disc under the dish to prevent it from sliding around - using a soft rubber jar opener worked just fine. Thank you, Primepet!

My dog has a well loved toy that needs replacing. She consistently chooses this toy over other similar toys, and I decided to get her a new one. I was dismayed to find that the place I originally ordered from no longer had it, and quickly discovered that a lot of others also no longer had it in stock. I was so happy to find exactly what I was searching for at Prime Pet Supply and it came quickly as well. I really appreciate their selection and service.

This has been my first experience with OxyDoc and I'll have to admit, it's easier to use than Monistat or Lotrimin, both creams which I have used in the past. And it's far less expensive. As far as I can tell (I've only been using it for two weeks), it is definitely effective. I will definitely use it again as needed.

By the way, it comes in a concentrated form. So it can be mixed and taken internally as well as prepared for external use.

I have ordered 3 times now and have had excellent service. As long as the price continues to be fair I will continue ordering through Prime Pet.

These are the first cloth animals our dogs have ha that they haven't destroyed in a week! The chew guard technology is GREAT!

On July 9 we ordered 2 ezydog floatation vest. On July 14 they we received tracking info. On July 18 the package arrived. This is where our problems begin first only one of the two vests came and the one that did come was the wrong size even though the packing slip had the right size on it. So we called and kept getting a voicemail box that was always full so I sent an email and they said someone would get a hold of us in 24 hrs no one ever did. Finally after a couple days of calling we got a hold of Misty and she would look into the matter. No emails or calls for a few days so we called back more voicemails. After repeated attempts my wife got a hold of Misty again and she said she would get a mail slip ready so we could return the one that was the wrong size. No email no shipping label still haven't received our other vest and they charged for both. More phone calls more full voicemails and pretty sure today she hung up on my wife once she realized who it was. We have been extremely patient with her but still no resolution. Feeling like we got robbed and we can't get a hold of anyone to do anything about it. Never order from this sight if your order is wrong you lost out!!!!!

I ordered cat food from this business online. When I had not gotten an email for shipping info or delivery date after one week, I called them. The customer service person I spoke with said that they were currently out of stock of the particular food and was not able to give me a date when it would be back in stock. She gave me an option to get a refund, which I took since I had no idea when I'd be able to get the food. She told me the refund could take up to 48 hrs to post. Fast forward one week there was no refund posted so I emailed them that I would be disputing the charge. Then today I get an email stating that the food has been shipped today. I called the co. and spoke with the same lady who said that they made a mistake and just went ahead and sent the order, stating "Is that OK?". Meanwhile I've already stocked up on food and have double the amt now. I asked for a manager but he is on vacation. So far the tracking number "cannot be found" on Fed Ex page. The lady was not able to give me a delivery date either. If the tracking number does not work tomorrow I'm disputing the charge. I wish I had just bought the food from a business I had trusted in the first place.

Did not get the correct item and when I call Prime Pet Supply I can not talk to a person. I need the problem rectified immediately.

We have used these rugs before and they work great for keeping litter off of the floor.
