The price is nice, the variety is great. I found my puppys food easily, but I do have an issue with shipping all the way across the country. I live in Philadelphia and my product was shipped from Washington state. I'm sure thereis a way for this company to utilize a "drop ship" technique that would be far more efficient as far as shipping costs and gas usage. Other than that, I had a great experience.

I purchased the Get Serious solvent to eliminate pheromones & stains/spotting for a cat that has found new potty areas outside of his litter box! So far it seems to be helping, cleans up nicely and is a good price to resolve a difficult issue. The order came very quickly as well. I've had good luck so far ... here's hoping!

I had searched all dog toys near us and could not find a Chew Guard Hen.
Finally I decided to try looking on line. My 3 year old Schnauzer, whose name is Mac,has had one since a baby. It was reduced to outer cover only! I delighted to find these and was going to discard the old hen but she is here to stay, since Mac carried both of the around all time. Thanks.

I love that I can have my pets food delivered to the door, no tax and no delivery. Yep I buy enough for several months and I don't have to pay shipping. Yay for me.

The dogs love the chicken flavor. I plan to introduce them to the wild Salmon next week.

We have a cat who needs to eat only wet food. Since we have 2 cats that means twice as much food and as we all know, wet food is more costly.
