I was excited to find a new online company to order from. They have the food I was looking for and decent prices. Upon my first order, they sent me an email right away and my order was here within 2 days!!!! Wow !!! Most places I order from take at least 5 days to come!! I will continue to order from this company in the future. Thanx again!!!!

I found a product that my Golden Retreiver loves for her snacks/treats. They are 100% American Made, and they are made of 100% meat! NO GRAIN! My dog loves them. They are called Charki Puffs. I found them at Prime Pet Supply for $3 less per bag than anywhere else on line or at the store and free shipping when I made a large order.

We cut one of these treats up for Sophie's dinner with warm water, and give them to her as treats as well.

The shipping was super fast as well. I will be making many more pet supply purchases from Prime Pet Supply in the future.

I appreciate that I am able to purchase pet food through Prime Pet Supply which provides high quality dog food options. The dog foods and treats I purchased were not only made in the USA but all products in the dog food came from sources here in the USA. Thumbs up!

Easy to order on the internet and prices great. Now I don't need to ride around to find and purchase Pioneer venison grain/potato free kibble because it is hard to find at select stores in my area. I plan on staying with this company as long as they are able to provide the product. Shipping rate was great and got the product the same week I

Im a real customer that bought a dna test for my dog. This site was $20 cheaper than the official site. I ordered it Thursday afternoon and it was here Monday with the mail! Our boy is sick so we are thankful it got here so soon! I would recommend this site to anyone. ;)

I have been ordering joint supplements and treats for my dogs using this site. I have had no issues with billing or product. The only reason I'm not giving this a 5 star review is b/c I find the shipping to be slower than average for online products.

They were the only company I could find that still carried the KONG Rocket. I had looked seemingly everywhere to no avail. Luckily Prime Pet Supply had it and they got it to me quickly.

How can you not love a company that ships your dog food for free and is still cheaper than anyone else! And on top of it they are always running promotions. Just love them!

You had the newest Fromm Dog Food Product and you delivered after ordered in one week

I found Prime Pet Supply through a Google Shopping search for Fromm Large Breed Adult and Small Breed Adult dog foods. They had the best price (even better than Amazon Prime, and my favorite locally-owned pet supply store), free FedEx 3-day shipping with minimum purchase (not a problem when buying a large bag of Super Premium food) and even sent an email to make sure I found everything I was looking for. Granted, that's what attentive businesses do to make money, but so few are interested in devoting those 30 seconds. I haven't needed to contact Customer Service, since the transaction went perfectly, but if they took the time to see if I needed help BEFORE I bought something...that the experience would be equally positive follows.

If I had any recommendations, it might be a subscription service with a small discount similar to what some Amazon.com vendors provide. Honestly, the option may already be there and I simply overlooked it. Either way, the food I wanted (just switched to it because of the glowing reviews) is available at a great price and the people seem genuinely interested in customer satisfaction. That's enough to keep me happy.
