I called customer service due to having a error code on the printer stating cookie left inside. The Customer service representative did trouble shoot via remote computer assistance. The issue did not resolve. I will say the tutorials that are provided on the website are very helpful and easy to follow. As it turned out I needed to replace the sensor which I had ordered anyway beforehand and that had solved the problem.

I usually make Purchases of Supplies for Individual Software Inc on Amazon - In purchasing Primera Ink (53335) for our Bravo SE Printer - Amazon Discontinued Supplying that Item - I searched for another Supplier and I Found Primera Technology - And When I contacted them - They said that They Could Help me and that they had Plenty in Stock - They really came through for me & I have Placed (2) Orders (QTY-8) since then

Kelly from Primera was super helpful with the questions I had regarding custom label sizes— I gave her a list of the sizes I needed, and she replied back with a clear detailed breakdown including pricing for the custom die cut (1-time fee), along with the price for each roll.
She also told me the custom sizes they had in stock that were closest to the actual sizes I needed, in order to forgo the need to purchase and make a brand new die cuts.
We ended up going with the LX610, and after ordering I was immediately emailed a confirmation from Kate, letting me know the details and process of receiving my printer.
So far my experience with Primera has been great! Can’t wait to receive our label maker.

Everything I needed to know prior to purchasing my Eddie printer is on the Primera website, along with a Facebook page where I was able to do more personal research by looking at personal experiences of others who have purchased the Eddie printer. It made my decision making very easy and knowing that when purchasing the Eddie printer, it would be a great investment in my business long-term.

the experience is great, delivery was fast, got everything I needed on time. The funny thing about the delivery is that I was talking to my husband about my order and saying that my order was supposed to be here by now and behold no more than an hour he calls me and says that the order just got here. Ink is overpriced and shipping is outrageous. Why not offer post office delivery for a few dollar? I don't need to pay $18 for fast shipping!
* raised my rating to 4 stars after receiving an email explaining the pricing. I understand that tariffs are driving ink prices up and Primera is working on offering USPS shipping. I won't go to 5 stars because they should have addressed the shipping long before this.
