My ink is always shipped super fast

My ink is always shipped super fast. I haven’t had an issues. But I’ve heard the customer service will do whatever they can to help if there are any issues. Also appreciate there’s an option to live chat!

Best Automatic Labeler I've Used

I've been using a manual, hand crank label machine for about a year. It has been great, but it is much more tedious in every aspect of the labeling process. From having to turn the handle for each label, to having to line them up perfectly, to taking so much time to switch out labels, you basically have to take the machine apart to swap on label rolls. I can across your labeling machine in my search and I tried to read as many reviews as I could. And from some of the reviews, I was worried about labels wrinkling or not always be applied to the bottles perfectly because some of my bottles are small, lightweight, and I sometimes I will fill label my bottles while they are still empty, making them either lighter. This machine is a beast! My only regret is not getting it sooner. This thing is FAST. It's way more accurate than the manual machine. And swapping out label rolls, thank you! Because the way you guys have it, it couldn't be easier. I can swap a roll of labels and be ready to go in seconds. I love the labeling machine! Thank you!
