Customer care pessimo
Peccato, la qualità delle magliette è buona ma il servizio clienti di Primissima è pessimo.
Per un loro errore di elaborazione dell'ordine, hanno invertito grafica e quantità di due tipologie di magliette (su due da fare eh, non su 20) per poi attaccarsi al fatto che io avessi dato OK al posizionamento della grafica dove loro stessi avevano invertito i colori del rendering (blu scuro vs nero) e quindi le relative quantità. Si erano "GENTILEMENTE" proposti di venirmi incontro rifacendole a prezzo agevolato per un prodotto per cui avevo già pagato!
Attenzione se pagate con Paypal: non copre gli oggetti personalizzati (quindi rimasto fregato anche dalla protezione acquisti Paypal nonostante il torto di Primissima)
