Hi everyone ref to my previous review. Zaid khan reg 7 HKE .My Bank has paid me back in full. And are going to pursuing legal action against primo for selling a product that is not available. And taking my money and not refunding me. It’s illegal . And I’m going to report them to the ombudsman. I’ve bought a plate of regtransfer great service. Keep away from primo that’s my advice.

I ordered a custom plate which royal mail said was delivered but I didn't receive it. After chasing it with them I didn't get anywhere. Emailed the Melanie who kindly sent a new one free of charge and arrive within 2 days - amazing customer service.
