Ordered a reg online, received an email asking for some identification for processing purposes. Next morning receiving another email advising my order was being processed and the plates produced - 20 mins later another email stating there was an issue. When I called a guy called Paul couldn’t of been more unhelpful, told the reg was no longer available and I could have £40 off another which was twice the original price. No apology nothing - bloody awful company

Orderd a number plate last night wich was available to buy,so i purchased it and all confirmed in an email what the poccess was very good and precise,
but to receive a phone call this morning to say sorry it was no longer available!due to a technical error.(they put the price on too low)but then not to honour it is very poor But to then
go onto several web sites to find it was still for sale was very disappointing to say the least.....not happy at all.

Brilliant service, very happy with the plates I ordered (3D gel) they look great.

Great site for reg plates straight forward ordered my plate for them 7 days later as I was waiting for new log book for car a week later all sorted plates are on well pleased !!! Reasonable price too !! 😊

Wow. Seriously.

I decided to go with Primo Registrations because they were the cheapest overall, which isn’t my usual option. It’s usually buy cheap, but twice - but not today.

I bought a Reg for my wife on Sunday night, in bed, at about 9pm. Within 20 mins I had an automated email asking for ID which I submitted. By 10am on Monday, my ID had been checked and the plates made. Despatched the same day, the plates arrived the next day.

I opted to do the transfer myself, and paid for recorded 1st class delivery.

It states on the website that the certificate (V750) will be with me in 5-7 days, but Thursday was the first day of the Jubilee Celebrations.

Then on Monday, just a week after the plates were despatched, I got a text stating the certificate had been despatched. Got home from work on Tuesday to the certificate on the doorstep. It’s now 19:45 on Tuesday and the new Reg has been on the car an hour. DVLA changed over instantly, car insurance done instantly.

Hardest part about changing the plates - getting the screws out the car.

I’ll be buying from Primo again for sure. My only suggestion - include sticky pads to attach the plates to the car.

Excellent Service from start to finish took only 5 days to complete & new number plates were on my car, opted for the 4d plates which look so much nicer than standard. Primo kept me informed all the way by text & email, the whole process was very straight forward. I am really pleased with my new number plate. Ordered late on Thursday evening. Plates delivered Saturday- great quality. Retention Certificate arrived Wednesday, plates put on car Wednesday! The whole process took six days. Primoregistrations also offered most competitive price. Highly recommend.

What an amazing service !!!
They made the process so easy and the communication as to the process was extremely clear and efficient. I was updated as to the progress via email.
I am amazed when I sent them my old V5 document, the last part of the transfer process they completed and notified the DVLA within a day !! and my plates were ready to put on !! Amazing !!

Great service start to finish plates delivered in 24 hrs

All done and dusted over a one week period. Documents arrived as expected and then handed over to be allocated to my new car.

From ordering the plates to putting them on my car took only 4 days would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of getting private players also the cheapest by far 😁

purchased number plate nice and simple but name was wrong on form i had filled in for the transfer of the plate to the owner of the car as i didnt recheck (miss martin dorman) .they then got back to me and informed me i needed to pay another £50 pound as it would not go ahead with the wrong name . i think £50 pound is a bit steep just to click a button as it was done minuets after i had payed it .so be warned make double sure you fill the forms in correctly . as for primo reg ,i will never use again ,just go straight to the DVLA and get plates made at halfords may take a few days more but at least you dont get stiched up.

Nice and easy to make an order but I spoke to their customer service operator and they were so rude. Once they get your money then everything changes and they are not willing to help when there are issues. I tried to warn them about a company that they recommend on a card within the package and they were not in the least interested even though it is their company that recommended them.

I contacted them and spoke to a helpful customer service agent who provide info on the process. I then placed my order.

I was stunned. From order, to receipt of the plates as well as transfer ( I opted for primo to do the latter), it took 5 days, amazing!!!.

Plates look awsome on my car and I am very pleased.

I also wanted to add, I liked the constant updates and communication that Primo provided.

Really not impressed that my plates arrived before the certificate had even been despatched - still waiting to be able to put my plates in my car 4 days after my plates arrived ????!!!!!

First time ordering a private plate, and also the first time using this company. I ordered my private Reg, inc 3D gel plates on the 14th of April. And my plates were delivered on the 21st. I also received a transfer pack, so I could send my old V5C, which included a free post envelope. All in all everything was completed by the 25th of April. I got a text message on the 25th by Primo to let me know that I could put my plates on my car. However I did not put them on until the 28th, as I had to wait for my V5C, so that my parking permit could be authorised for my new plates. My V5C only took 3 days to arrive. The whole process could have been quicker, but the Easter bank holiday delayed my delivery. I opted for the transfer service, which really made a whole lot of difference. My MOT History online/ Road Tax was all sorted out. Excellent service!! with no complications.

In good faith I purchased a private number plate for my motorcycle. This includes the company supplying a rear number plate , I opted to pay extra for a border in black colour and a flag.
When the number plate arrived I noticed that on inspection it had lots of visible air bubbles . Primo apologised and sent out a new plate , unfortunately they sent me a set for a car , by this time the V5 was changed to reflect the new registration number so I was now left with a motorcycle that I could not use . Primo again apologised and sent a third number plate , this was larger than the first and did not for my standard number plate holder and also the border was so offset that it was hardly visible on the top of the plate . I again complained but this time was told it was legal. I would now advice anyone to please think twice before using this company as the after sales team will leave you frustrated and utterly disappointed in what should be a joyous occasion displaying a cherished number plate .
