Had a problem with 1 of 2 cartridges I bought, Sheree & Lucy sorted the problem quickly and efficiently. Will buy again from them

I am really impressed by the after sale service of this company. The delivery was quick and delivered with care. There was a problem with the product and I contacted the Seller. The communication and the guidance were fantastic. My queries were answered without any delay. As the item didn't meet my needs I was immediately offered the refund of the paid amount. Original parcel did not arrive, but when I contacted Lucy, nothing was too much trouble. Replacement was sent and received within 24 hours.

Ordered colour and black Cartridges but the Black one wasn't recognized. These guys served a really good customer service sending another replace and waiting for an update for the new one that hopefully it now works.

The cartridges I received were not working properly so contacted printer basics and was given advice by Sheree on how to clean the printer to ensure the ink would flow through. Unfortunately they were still not printing properly after this so Sheree gave me a full refund as they were not compatible with my printer.

We had a problem with the ink cartridge it would not print in red, but Lucy sorted it for us, she was really helpful, and answered promptly.

Lucy at printer basics was great, she dealt with my issue immediately and efficiently. Would recommend them.

The ink cartridge I received from my order was not functioning, (the red ink was not flowing).
I contacted you, Simon 'sorted' out the problem.
He was efficient knowledgeable and helpfull but most of all I felt as if I was 'talking' to him not not exchanging emails.
I have received a repacement cartrige within 2 days of contacting him.

I had a query about compatibility for my printer which was answered promptly by Simon Heath, he gave me good advice and therefore I placed an order with them. First class service and highly recommended - I will use them in future.

I have used printerbasics.com a few times and found their remanufactured cartridges to be excellent and cost effective.
Just replaced an empty cartridge and unfortunately the replacement was a bit patchy.
I contacted Racheal and Simon H who sent me another cartridge by the next day. This one worked perfectly.

I ordered a printer cartridge which was delivered very quickly with great comms.
Unfortunately, the cartridge had a manufacturing defect. I contacted the vendor and Gemma promptly offered to refund my purchase price.
I highly recommend this vendor for the way that they delt with the problem - defects happen. I will definitely use them in the future.

Ordered black/colour cartridges, unfortunately one then both became faulty with in no time.Contacted printerbasics via eBay messages,all sorted by Simon H.Replacement items arrived very quickly,all working fine.

I often think a company can be defined by how well they deal with a situation when things go wrong. After all, this is the real world and things will always go wrong at some point.
I ordered an HP compatible black ink cartridge and, whatever I tried to make it work, it wouldn't.
Customer Service sent out a replacent immediately and it worked perfectly straight out of the box.
I'm so tired of the strangle hold HP have over you for their genuine inks... It's nothing short of daylight robbery. The printerbasics cartridge was a fraction of the cost and works perfectly for day-to-day printing... I don't usually print photos, so I cant comment on how well the cartridges perform with top end printing but, for my needs, printerbasics are brilliant... Highly recommended.

WOW, excellent customer service, Simon answered every email promptly with helpful advice and even though my problem had nothing to do with the ink cartridge, he offered a full refund. You don’t often get that kind of service these days.
