Excellent service
On receiving ink cartridges I had a problem with the Black cartridge no fault with the colour cartridge so I contacted company and Gemma replied asking me to check and clean contacts on cartridge this still didn't resolve the issue .
So they sent me a replacement super fast delivery and it works perfect .
Gemma thank you for all you help and expertise is solving this for me . Very impressed with Gemma and this company ..

a faulty black cartridge
I unfortunately received a faulty black cartridge, giving a fault message on my printer. I got in touch with Sarah at printerbasics. Without quibble, she arranged to send me a replacement cartridge, which arrived the day after! Very rarely do you get service like this, needless to say I have told my family and friends, even they were impressed. Thanks again to printerbasics, and especially Sarah for the exceptional customer service.

Great customer service.
Just bought a couple of ink cartridges from printerbasics through eBay and there was a problem with one of them. The issue was reported to them and after a short correspondence trying to resolve the problem I was sent a replacement the very next day. I was assisted Siobhan and was totally satisfied with the result. I will shop with them again in confidence.

Helpful and Hassle free
It is becoming rare to find customer service as good as this. I did receive a cartridge which was faulty but communication with the company was both swift and genuinely helpful. Unfortunately the problem couldn't be remedied at this end and after a further email Siobhan sent out a perfect replacement which I received in under 24hrs! Would definitely use again!

amazing experience just and fair
The first order came very quickly, my old ink did not finished until a 2 months after, but unfortunately the new cartridge was not working properly, and after that time I did contacted them to ask for an advice and without any questions they sent me a new one just in few days since contacting! Thats just an amazing experience and definitely I will order more from this shop . Thank you. Also to mention, that Hayden responded to me. Thanks again!

First time I had used "printerbasics" and unfortunately when I received my cartridges one was faulty, something that is always a risk with refill carts'...but an email to Simon resolved the situation and a replacement posted out "Same Day"
UPDATE...
Replacement cartridge arrived and is now fitted and working...Less than 24rs after emailing "PrinterBasics"

Fantastic customer service from Simon in the issue I had with Royal mail delivering 2 parcels to his company in error .

Ordered 2 cartridges colour and black. On receipt the black one wouldn't work.

Very Helpful Experience
Ordered a compatible ink cartridge for my Canon and it arrived the next day, and at a great price. Unfortunately it didn't work but Simon H was very helpful and spent a lot of time trying to help me to get it working. Unfortunately to no avail and offered to refund my money in full, which I accepted. Although this time my ink cartridge didn't work I will certainly go back to them again as Simon was the most helpful person I have ever dealt with. Thanks Simon
