NO ITALIAN HELP SITE!!
Ordered 2 calendars from their Italian site and now I find out they are actually coming from UK and stuck in customs for more than one week. Their EU website does not have a contact page it says ‘this page does not exist’ and I cannot contact anyone. Never again!! Awful and non existent customer service!

It won't get there on time (or maybe at all) and they don't care
I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Printerpix. I placed an order for a mug for my mother in mid-December, but it never arrived. After more than a month and multiple attempts to contact customer service via email, I was told a replacement had been sent, but it has yet to be received. The lack of a phone number for customer service and the poor communication made this an extremely frustrating experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Stick with Shutterfly which is what I should have done.
