We have just ordered a large batch of two packs for printing and delivering at East Sheen branch. The packs consisted of various documents, some colour, some double sided and a lot of collating. These were also urgent. Raj was extremely helpful and ensured a quick turnaround and costs were very reasonable. Will use them again.

They turned around a manual I needed before Christmas, in 3 days. From my original enquiry with pdf to having it delivered this morning. Exactly how I wanted it and very fast. Excellent service. Would do business again. Mike

I paid £130 for 4 bollard covers and priority delivery as I needed to advertise my business during a specific event. However, the covers did not arrive by the agreed deadline and so I missed the event and lost who knows how much money in potential sales. I therefore asked Prontaprint (Leamington) to cancel the order and not send the now redundant covers and to issue a refund. However, they ignored me and still sent the covers and refused to issue a refund, blaming the delivery company for the delay. I asked them several times to reconsider, but they would not. This is very unfair treatment from a company I would have expected better from.

Excellent, no-fuss service. I needed to urgently print UPS delivery documents and the team had it scheduled and done within the hour. On the way to the UPS dropoff up the road, so very convenient location. Free parking opposite.

This company can rip you off without giving clear instructions and then blame it on us. My thesis came without any logo or anything, and then saying you didn't order the front foil cover. A thesis must have a front cover with the University logo by default anyway.

So easy to work with, prompt and great final result. The team in Stratford Upon Avon were excellent, responsive and kind. Thank you Kim and team!

I needed some copying to pdf done at short notice and the nearest Prontaprint in Stratford-upon-Avon was able to help. The copying was done within a working day and all of the copies were collated in order within pdfs. The files were sent by file transfer following payment. The price paid was very fair given the volume of work required and its importance. Overall, a prompt, efficient, reliable and very professional service.
