Absolutely spot on everytime. Used them both times for my both my Ford Fiesta badges as I don’t like the blue and they’ve always been absolutely perfect. Wouldn’t go anywhere else

So I placed an impulse order last week, then realised it hadn’t really got the money this month to be buying such items as it was an expensive order - I contacted pp&s the same day and asked could I cancel it or at least cancel the main item so the price would come down, I had a reply to say the same order hadn’t been processed so I can cancel it all if I want to. That’s cracking service ! They could have quite easily said we’ve starting making the badges so can’t be cancelled but they didn’t they were honest! I have also thought other bits off this company ST badges and they are absolutely brilliant !!

Incredible customer service, emailed about a small issue and they responded instantly and fixed it, used them quite a few times now, very good quality, sunstrips last beyond other companies.

Excellent products and service as always can’t wait to go the HQ and get a sunstrip fitted by the guys!!!

This was my first time ordering from PPS, I ordered a few different items for my Fiesta ST.

The majority of the items were fine, a brake light vinyl, and some ST badge gels. The main item I wanted was a pair of front panel vinyls with logos, I had also ordered the cleaning spray to ensure correct application.

My first issue was that the vinyls were massive, I contacted PPS and the response was fairly helpful, the explained that they needed trimming after placement. Looking at the size of them it was more more than trimming though. I decided to attempt fitting and gave the car a good clean and then used the spray I'd purchased, when I peeled the vinyl off the backing, where the logo cutouts were, it just tore no matter how carefully I peeled it. I ended up having to bin the first vinyl because it was such a mess.

I contacted PPS again to explain the issue and they totally ignored me, I've left it a few weeks now but still no response, hence the poor review.

I tried the 2nd vinyl yesterday just to see if it was any better, it wasnt - it tore apart again and looked dreadful. I won't buy from them again, which is a shame as the other items were great.

Option=Select make of vehicle= Any make listed but not Nissan or Kia?? The two brands I have.
Seriously?? Rather counterproductive or biased website.
