I flawless process, from ordering to delivery.

Mine was a job on "custom" paper which I am grateful to be able to obtain from an online printer. The job looked fantastic and perfectly matched previous, similar jobs I have done with them. When crunch-time arrived and I needed the job to get it to the bindery, they somehow managed to get it here 2 days early, which made life easy for me, the bindery, and my customer. The customer service folks are great and you feel you have an advocate at Print Pelican. They don't suffer from the indifference that other online printers do. I highly recommend Print Pelican.

Seamless, efficient, friendly and a real live human actually called w/an extention! To know that I could follow up, and ask for the same person everything was marvelous. I am so pleased with my service through Printpelican! I was in a real time line crunch and Kim helped me in every way possible. Before this order, I tried ordering through a different company but quickly found that their service was not going to get the job done. I was having some technical difficulties with my uploads with the previous service and not receiving much help. Kim was quick to resolve the issue and offer several solutions to my issue. I can't wait to receive my calendar order and will for sure use Printpelican in the future for our school district printing needs. I am SO grateful!
