The company did nothing wrong..helpful...responsive. But, I wanted to purchase the To Do List as a sales item for the non-profit I volunteer with. Unfortunately, I did not think the quality of the product was similar to other paper goods we sell, like note cards, etc. I was hoping to have a product we could sell for about $5.00 and make a little profit.

After I submitted my order a rep reached out to me. He was concerned my design wasn't quite right. He offered suggestion and helped me through the process to resubmit it. He was professional, helpful and polite.

The only issue I had on this order was that I did a re-order with no changes to the previous order specs and the pads came with paper that was much thinner and less quality than the previous order. This will impact my decision to order from Personalized Paper again.

They read my design and actually digested it. They grasped that I needed these pieces for a specific date even though I didn't write it down in any of the instructions. They totally saved me! Order was easy to request and they even called to make sure we had the size we wanted. I wish I had looked harder, because he was right, they were a little bit smaller than I wanted but that's my fault!
