Some tickets were not numbered
Some tickets were not numbered. Numbered tickets were all out of order. Had to manually go through boxes
to put books in number order.
Horrible service
Horrible service. Placed and paid close to $500 for an EDDM order. Went back in to check the order and it said the mailing list was not uploaded. I tried to upload it from their site and it brought me to a non secure site with an invalid certificate to download. I sent an email to request my card not be charged or refunded immediately if they had already charged it and 3 days later had to call because they had still not issued a refund. The woman on the phone just kept repeating herself and stating she will check to see why the order has not been mailed yet. So frustrating.
Update: they have now called me 3 times today leaving messages and sent 2 emails stating the same information I was already told that doesn’t justify anything. Add harassment to their customer service.

The tickets I ordered is horrible. I can’t use them. I had to go to another place in order 250 more tickets. The tickets are too small. They have a width and they have no depth in them. This is the first time I’ve ordered from you guys with the service has been raggedy and horrible.

Print Runner only has one flaw.....get rid of the phone bank in the Phillipines and bring it back to the US with clear speaking english speaking representatives. These Phillipino "customer service" people are not doing Print Runner any benefit. You can't understand them and they do not know anything about graphics and can't refer you to english speaking people that do know. PS: I have been using Print Runner for about 20 years now. I miss Eva, who was always my contact.

Fast, good quality - will order here again!
Ordered labels needed for our business - the ordering process was easy, the labels arrived quickly and are of good quality, and the printing is clean. The only thing I would change is for the labels to be on a roll and easier to peel from the backing vs individually cut and having to peel the backing off in 2 halves. That's a lot of added time for the number of labels ordered and how we use them.
Pricing was also reasonable. We ordered from another company the first time we needed labels and had nothing but issues so we were a little hesitant, but based on this experience we will definitely order from printrunner again!

Their prices are stellar
Their prices are stellar, and they have an easy ordering system and fast shipping. Quality control is the only down side, since it does seem to be an ongoing challenge for them (I've been a customer for 20+ years now). Their printed materials don't seem to have issues, but their decals are the weak point in my supply chain. So as long as you don't mind having to deal with some returns and credits for mis-cut labels here and there, they really are the best bang-for-the-buck anywhere in the country.

One star - Three Failed Attempts, 19-Day Response Gap, Unusable Materials, Constantly asking for Reviews, so here it is
I ordered press kits for French Quarter Festival and Jazz Fest credential distribution. PrintRunner required THREE separate print runs, caused a 19-day communication blackout, lied about shipping capabilities, and ultimately delivered unusable materials after I had already left for New Orleans.
First Printing: Opacity Failure
Contact information was completely unreadable due to opacity issues when images were vectorized to spec. Entire order unusable.
Between First and Second Printing: Billing Dispute
A supervisor added scoring and folding to my order (at my request), then PrintRunner attempted to charge me extra for it. I explained via email, chat, and recorded phone calls that their own manager had made this addition. I was also forced to reduce my quantity from 250 to 200 due to unclear website specifications about 100lb glossy paper stock.
Second Printing: Rushed Approval, Reversed Panels, Broken Promises
I was told I had to approve the file by 5pm Pacific or the order wouldn’t ship before the weekend. When I asked if the file looked like the previous version, I was told yes. I approved it quickly to meet their deadline.
The order didn’t print until Tuesday anyway. It arrived the following week with the cover printed backwards, making it open in the wrong direction.
I contacted PrintRunner immediately. No one responded for NINETEEN DAYS.
Third Printing: False Promises and Shipping Failures
General Manager Arturo was assigned to personally oversee my project “from start to finish” to ensure it would be perfect. The materials were running late, so I agreed to have them shipped to my hotel in New Orleans.
My hotel changed at the last minute. When I attempted to update the shipping address, I was told by Arturo that nothing could be done because the package had already shipped. This is a lie. FedEx allows address changes even after packages have left the facility through their online portal and scanning system.
I redirected the package to a Walgreens FedEx location as best I could. When I arrived to pick it up (after my first festival event had already started), the package wasn’t there. The driver had attempted delivery to my original hotel address instead. I asked the printers to update the shipping address to my new hotel. They refused.
This cost me a $57 Lyft ride during a work trip. I have requested reimbursement from both PrintRunner and FedEx. Neither has responded.
Final Delivery: Still Wrong After Three Attempts
When the package finally arrived, I knew immediately it was wrong because it was flat. The 100lb glossy cardstock brochures were not scored and not folded, despite this being the entire reason for the third printing and Arturo’s personal oversight.
How am I supposed to fold unscored 100lb cardstock while working festival coverage?
Arturo’s Response: Corporate Non-Apology
After three failed print runs, a 19-day communication gap, lying about shipping capabilities, refusing to fix their own address error, and delivering unusable materials for the third time, Arturo sent me a patronizing email requesting photos to “investigate what occurred during production.”
I don’t need an investigation. I need press kits that were promised weeks ago for festivals that have already started.
Pattern of Failure:
• Three separate production failures
• 19-day response blackout
• False information about shipping capabilities
• Refusal to correct their own shipping errors
• Promised personal oversight that failed to deliver
• Requesting documentation after three failed attempts instead of immediate resolution
For time-sensitive professional materials, PrintRunner is actively harmful to your business. The compounding failures, communication gaps, and refusal to take basic corrective actions (like updating a shipping address) demonstrate a company that cannot execute on its commitments.
I cannot recommend PrintRunner under any circumstances.
