Not very happy with my order. The cards are not centered. Is there no quality control? All someone has to do is LOOK at them and see there is an issue before you continue and cut all 500 cards. I will not order from them again.

Sent out a reprint after some speckling issues, and they did extra QC to make sure it came out right - it did! Thank you!

We received our remittance envelopes, but in the upper right corner this company added a postage PAID entry where it should have had a box that reads "place stamp here" like we asked them to do in the first place. I relooked at the proof and the box is so small, you can't read what it says and the proof does not give you the ability to zoom in on the item. We assumed it stated "place stamp here" like we asked for it to say. The lack of communication with this company is unbelievably TERRIBLE.

The ordering process was simple, the followup was prompt, and we got our stickers within about a week. The stickers are great quality - the color is nice and vibrant and the stickers themselves are thicker than anticipated. We will use Printrunner again!

The cost of product and shipping were good. The problem is that the print of my business name on the background is barely visible. I can’t use the product.

The sticker/decals were just what I ordered and in great shape and color. Worked well for our organization. Will use them again.

As always, the quality of the card stock is excellent, print quality is spot on, and delivery is on time or early. I have moved all my business printing here for good reason!

Love my stickers! They came in fast! Also so easy to order and get help!

Reaaall bad. Literally ordered the same amount/style of sticker. The oval stickers are not smooth on the edges. About 6 notches from the machine not working correctly. The cut lines are not deep enough so every sticker is a battle to get peeled. Had to spend 30 mins taking pictures and a video 👍 of the bad product they sent me over to claims which I haven't heard back from or even gotten a "we are processing this" email. Hopefully I can get a refund or new stickers but I'm not optimistic. Won't order from here again.

Was a very easy way to place an order and feel comfortable that they actually made sure I got what I wanted. Once my order arrived the results are so nice and looks and feels great.

great customer service, fast delivery

Our bookmarks turned out great, and for much cheaper than we could find anywhere else! The text was clear, and the images were perfect. I got a PDF proof soon after ordering, and it was easy to adjust/reupload to fix any errors. They arrived in good time, as well. Overall, a great experience

I have ordered many banners from Print Runner and the quality of the banners are excellent! My biggest banner I have on my canopy at my outdoor events and, after a year, it hasn't faded or shown any ware.
