Exceptional Customer Service
There was an issue with my order, as the shipping address was entered incorrectly. Carol contacted me as soon as she received the package "returned to sender" and we resolved the issue via email. She sent out the package the next day and emailed me tracking information for peace of mind. Carol provides exceptional customer service. I highly recommend Prints4u.

The Dutch customs misplaced our order. On the second try the poster was badly damaged. Carol from Prints4u did all she could to make sure that at the end of the day the order was delivered. Service above and beyond the call of duty. Ten out of ten!
