PrintYourVinyl Reviews

Exactly what I was hoping for in my order. Great customer service.

I honestly couldn't be happier with my experience! I ordered a custom record as a Father's Day gift for my partner, and from start to finish, everything was absolutely beautiful. The ordering process was easy, the communication was outstanding, and the customer service team deserves an A+++ for how responsive, kind, and helpful they were every step of the way.

When the record arrived, I was completely blown away. The quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail were beyond anything I expected. It wasn't just a gift, it became a keepsake that we'll treasure forever. Seeing my partner's reaction made every penny worth it.

If you're looking for a meaningful, one-of-a-kind gift, I cannot recommend this company enough. Their quality is truly unmatched, and they genuinely care about creating something special for their customers. Thank you for helping me give such an unforgettable Father's Day gift!

Wonderful and fast responses and feedback, fast delivery, perfect vinyl

The quality of the vinyl cover is phenomenal and the customer service was excellent. At first, I thought the vinyl they had produced was not good as there was a lot of static. The customer service team worked really well with me. In the end, it turned out that I needed a new needle on my record player. My issue had nothing to do with the product produced.

Great product, timely delivery, special attention to detail to ensure accuracy. They were a pleasure to work with! I will definitely refer people to them.

This was the perfect gift. I loved it as well as the one that it was gifted to (which is what really counts)! All being said, this was an easy experience from start to end. The entire process was simple and exceeded all expectations! The vinyl came in the time frame I was told, actually early! The turn around time was very quick. The quality was great! The entire experience, including ordering, all the customization available, the quick turnaround time, the packaging, the look and feel, the sound, the quality all exceeded expectations!

The vinyl I ordered came really fast and I was shocked at how good the record cover and sound quality was! Would definitely order again!

Print Your Vinyl is such a fantastic find! Jonalyn and the staff were super helpful, efficient and fairly priced! I am so happy I ordered a second copy!

Great experience

This was an easy and fast process for me to have my record made. I love the quality. The company makes the record sound fabulous and the cover of the album looks great. I recommend having your record made with Print Your Vinyl. I will be using this company again.

PYV delivered a great sounding record with accurately printed cover art, on time and for a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Easy to upload songs. Excellent sound quality.

Product was produced exactly as I wanted and the website and customization was very easy to navigate.

It was so easy to create. We gave it as a gift for our daughter's debut single, Be You. She was so surprised and truly Dylan loved it! It is the best gift to give, so much so that everyone who has seen it since has asked for one! Highly recommend.

Amazing experience , quick delivery considering the distance and could’ve be happier with the end product. Would definitely recommend to anyone who’s looking for a custom vinyl.

I think it's awesome that you could make your own vinyl with the songs of your choice. The whole experience was fun and shipping was faster than I expected and it arrived early. The record sounds great and have listened to it a few times already. Thank you so much.

Absolutely such an incredible service!! To say I was blown away by the quality of the vinyl. Besides the great quality, the company was super amazing at handling everything. They made sure to have it all done on time and featured the ability to track your package. If you’re hesitant when thinking if this is the right purchase, just know it is definitely worth it!!

The vinyl record sounds flawless! The artwork is exceptional. And it not only has a plastic sleeve for the vinyl inside the jacket, but an additional plastic sleeve for the entire album. This will ensure it stays in mint condition for a long time!

Just received my order from PrintYourVinyl.

This is my second of 2 great experiences with this company. Originally, my wife and I put together a collection of songs important to us for our anniversary. The process was simple, the communication with their representatives was always pleasant and through email correspondence and chat via the website. The final product was even better than we expected and we've enjoyed that vinyl record as part of our collection regularly.

This time, I embarked on creating a double LP on my own as a gift for my wife. I assembled the soundtrack of a certain movie she has always liked and hailed as one of her favorite movies. What's unfortunate is that while the commercial soundtrack of this movie is available, it is #1 ;very rare and therefore extremely expensive if one can find a used copy on CD or on Vinyl record and #2; the commercial release of the soundtrack contains only about half the songs that are actually featured in the movie. That's not worth it to me.

Enter PrintYourVinyl. When searching out the soundtrack and learning the aforementioned, I recall my experience with PrintYourVinyl a couple years back and swiftly decided that this is where I need to be. I'll be honest. I'm practical so I shopped around at other companies offering similar services but came back to PrintYourVinyl for not only the recollection of our previous undertaking, but also the better pricing for what looks like the same if not better quality of product that's being marketed.

And so I began making my playlist and as I'm going through the process on their website, I felt it was a bit more seamless of a process than it was before. I was better able to map out the orders and durations of the tracks than I previously remember. I won't get into those details, but they've streamlined the process more effectively and that shows they're a company interested in growth by being committed to simplifying their systems to benefit the end user......at no extra expense because I do remember paying the same price for my first purchase.

I submitted my tracks, created and submitted the artwork and labels for each one and waited. Within a couple days, I was contacted via email about a certain track I had misidentified and we quickly resolved that issue among other inquiries they had. It was obvious they were putting their best foot forward to make sure they delivered on the best quality product they could get to me. They kept a civil and professional constant line of communication open to me about any other questions and progress as the project moved forward.

After a few more days, my records were shipped and I received them in well protected packaging.

I couldn't wait for my anniversary to open them and try them out. The records look great, they sound great. The cover images and labels are very well done. They are exactly what I ordered and it was all produced exactly how I directed it. No flaws, deviations, or mistakes. Total time from order submission to final delivery with a federal holiday between was 12 days and I did NOT opt for their expedited service as I was in no rush to get it.

Overall, this was an even a better experience with this company than before an already great experience. I'm currently thinking of a theme for the next collection of songs I might want, but the next time, no shopping around. I will trust PrintYourVinyl to take care of my needs as they have now twice.

My only problem now is that my wife has no idea she's getting this and I have to wait now more than a month before I present it to her on our anniversary. I'm going to start playing it and she'll quickly figure out what PrintYourVinyl helped me create for her; the soundtrack to a very special movie from her childhood.
