They're not the cheapest out there and the are the easiest to work with. No hoops to jumps through, just simple communication. The customer service Ladies & Gents are very responsive with good answers and suggestions.

I just signed up about two weeks ago and everyone has been kind and helpful and professional. I moved from a competitor who I grew very unhappy with and was pleased they started me at the same dosage instead of making me start at a base dose and working my way up to a level that works for me. So far, so good thank you all.

So far I’m very pleased with this company. Super easy experience, good price, meds arrived quickly with simple but thorough instructions, and so far meds are working as expected. I’m early in my weight loss journey but so far I’m very pleased with my choice to take that journey with priority meds.
Completely Unresponsive
First, I asked for a 3 month supply, but they billed me for 6 months upfront. Then I received the medication quickly, but the ice packs and medication were both very warm. I immediately emailed asking if it was safe to take, but received no response. Emailed again the next day, no response again. On the 4th day I tried to call, and phone system wouldn’t put me through to a representative, and just said that I had an open ticket and someone will get back to me. If I don’t hear back in the next 24 hours, I am going to refute the charges.
Update: No, this is not a scam review as Priority Meds response says. Since this review, they did respond saying the medication was safe to take even though it arrived very warm. As for getting charged for six months upfront, one person did finally respond saying that they could not refund me for the 3months I did not want (nor have they shipped). I have since repeatedly asked them for a refund and to cancel my membership, but again no one responds. I then wrote a message to the medical personnel about the medicine not working at all, and received no response from anyone on that side as well. Seriously, do not start with this company. They are completely unresponsive, no matter the issue, and at this point I am not even sure the medication they ship is legit.

So far everything they said they would do has been done and the meds were delivered pretty quick. Im losing weight again and I feel the quality is damn good!! Also I understand the concern of meds being delivered warm and that was something I was also worried about but after talking to other pharmacies and my own PCP here , its fine until after you use it the first time then it must be refrigerated immediately.

The initial signup (and accepting of my money) went fairly smooth. But getting my 3-month refills has been a fiasco.
Not sure why a refill cannot be done automatically. Or at least an email prompting actions for the refill.
Going to the website just put me in a loop to log in - yet I WAS logged in and viewing my history. But it kept saying "log in to chat". The phone number at the site was also wrong - I had to get it from the pharmacy. You really should not depend on a 7th grader to design your website.
When my script expires, I will probably look into other provider options.

i have tried to contact them through the phone number and though the messaging on the website. I never get an answer from either the support techs or the doctor. When i first started they were answering my questions within 24 hours. however now i get no response, there is no way to talk to anyone on the phone

I recently used Priority Meds for my prescription needs, and overall my experience was positive.
The ordering process was confusing, and I appreciated clear pricing. However, I ran into a few issues that are worth mentioning. Shipping took longer than expected, and communication was limited. I would have liked better updates regarding my order status. Customer service was unresponsive when I reached out about shipping, would much rather talk to real people. On the positive side pricing was competitive, downside, status updates not clear,
Overall, I’d rate my experience 4 stars. I might use them again depending on whether these issues improve.
