From the day I make my way to Nex. The sales person explain to me (so sorry forgot his name). Did not pressure me anything. Giving me a good price. Take me a day to make a decision.
Surveyor come over and we had a good chat and exchange ideas.
Installers came install and clean the place up.
Customer service contact me for arrangements.
Everything is smooth sailing. I just hope the unit can last at least 5 years. If it does, the next 5 years I may be fitting my house with Prism+ products.

Aside from one of the staff coming in to fix my TV dropped my sound bar slightly on the floor after unboxing. The rest was done professionally. All was set up fast and swiftly.
Delivery by 3rd party not reliable
Overall is very good except the 3rd party delivery which came too early and roughly just deliver the fridge.

My smooth experience with Prims+
From the beginning, we were introduced to Prism+ by our family friends, which led us to visit their shop at Tampines Mall.
We were assisted by the salesman, Faozy, whose knowledge of the Prism+ products was excellent. He explained every detail clearly and made sure we understood everything we needed to know.
From the sales process to the installation, our whole journey went very smoothly. Even the online customer service team was very helpful in assisting with our delivery arrangements.
There are still a few more items that we plan to get from Prism+, and it will definitely be a place we return to again. 😊

I bought a 55-inch Sony TV in 2014 for…
I purchased a 55-inch Sony TV for my living room in 2014, followed by a 50-inch Sony and a 55-inch Samsung TV for the bedrooms in 2017. In 2022, I added a 55-inch PRISM+ TV for a third room.
So far, all the TVs have been functioning well except for the PRISM+ unit, which developed display issues shortly after the warranty period ended. Upon contacting PRISM+, I was informed that the repair cost would be close to the price of a new TV, and replacement was suggested instead. Given this, I decided not to proceed with the repair.
Based on my experience, the durability of the PRISM+ TV has been disappointing compared to my other sets, as it is the newest but the first to encounter issues.

The worst experience. Purchase new air condition less than 6 months, the air condition roller already have problem with keep making noise. Requested fixes for 2 times still nothing to be fix.
Manipulation & Cheap quality
Prism+ is promoted as a Singaporean brand when they source from cheap suppliers in China. Recently even flagged for Price Manipulation by Consumer Watchdog.
They don't deliver on time. Once money is paid to them , consider it is as Money lost. Horrible Service. Please learn from the 100s of negative reviews and don't fall for their marketing tactics

I am writing to formally raise my dissatisfaction regarding the installation, servicing, and warranty handling of the air-conditioning units I purchased from Prism.
In September 2025, I purchased four air-conditioning units from Prism. During the installation of the master bedroom unit, a sponge was initially placed to support the unit due to a visible gap between the aircon and the trunking. After the wiring was completed using a large trunking, the sponge was removed and the aircon was left resting directly on top of the trunking. As a result, the aircon louvers could barely rotate. When I raised my concern, the installer assured me that this was “acceptable” as long as the unit could open and close.
This assurance proved to be incorrect. Approximately two months later, the aircon began leaking. A Prism technician was dispatched and lifted the aircon properly—something that should have been done correctly during the initial installation. This raises a fundamental question: why was the unit not installed correctly in the first place, and why was an obvious issue dismissed when first highlighted?
In December 2025, shortly before Christmas, I received a call from Prism recommending aircon servicing. I contacted your customer service hotline to seek clarification, as the units were only three months old. I was informed that servicing every three months is “optional,” but required to maintain the 8-year warranty, at a cost of $109 per session. Over eight years, this amounts to well over $3,000, which I find excessive, unreasonable, and not clearly communicated at the point of purchase.
When I questioned whether this meant the warranty would effectively be invalidated without quarterly paid servicing, the staff member responded “yes” and laughed. This response was not only dismissive but deeply unprofessional. While an annual servicing alternative was later mentioned, the damage to my trust had already been done.
Despite my reservations, I reluctantly agreed to the servicing, which was carried out before Christmas. Just three weeks later, while watching television, the living room aircon (a higher-capacity unit) emitted a loud noise, followed by ice being forcefully expelled from the unit. This created what can only be described as a hailstorm inside my living room—an alarming and unacceptable situation.
Another technician attended and stated that the previous servicing technician had likely loosened the gas pipe. This is extremely concerning. A servicing meant to “maintain” the unit instead introduced a potentially hazardous fault. This points to a serious lapse in workmanship, quality control, and technician competency.
At this stage, I am forced to question whether Prism’s servicing requirements are genuinely about product longevity, or whether customers are being compelled into frequent paid servicing to compensate for poor installation and servicing standards. I now feel that I must pay every three months not to maintain my aircon, but to prevent further issues caused by improper work.

Prism ceiling fan was installed on sat 21/2/26 and then became faulty on Monday night, barely 3 days after. Technician came and tested and said my switch was faulty. Before the installation, my switch was ok and only after the changing of ceiling fan did it became faulty and asked to get electrician to fix.
Before that the switch was alright and it became the fault after installation and insisted i look for electrican.

Bought a few items from prism but end up was a very bad experience. On the day of delivery, prism called trying to reschedule the delivery. After much negotiation from my end, finally managed to get the items on the same day but at a very late hour. When the washer was tested by the guy, water can be seen leaking. Installation guy claimed that it is normal and I can just called up later to report. Should have insisted that he took back the washer ? Now that the case has been reported, I have to keep follow up on when prism will be sending people over etc. it has become my own issue . Very disappointed with prism services and products.
The delivery service is damn bad cause…never deliver on time
The delivery service is damn bad cause they never call or notify. My fridge delivery is on 7 Feb 2026 11am-3pm I was waiting from 11am but till 6pm nobody calling me. And I contacted call centre at 1pm ++ nobody border to reply. The third time I call around 5pm the call centre ask me can reschedule? I replied other items can reschedule fridge. I believe most of us only hv 1 fridge at home right. I believe the management also don’t border so if u want to buy bcoz of low price pls think abt their after service.
