Frank was great, and finally someone who listens

All my life ive just been told ive got mental health lied too by all the doctors and mental health people i have seen it turns out ive got much more going off than that im so gratefull that the asseser could see these probl3ms with me and properly diagnoes me

Frank was amazing from the moment my son met him made my 10year old feel safe and comfortable to open up and talk, he was professional at all times and knowledgeable. Even after Frank seeing
My son he was always happy to awnser questions I had and put me at ease.
Highly recommend even before my son appointment I had questions and Frank was happy to offer support and help I was that happy with him me and my son drove 5 hours to meet him and for him to do my son assessment I spoke to different assessors and he was the one who helped me help my son.

So the words came you are “ adhd “ it was done effectively . Just felt like a normal chat . No pressure. Even fitted laugh in now and again . To me it felt personal centred. I felt assured at all times

Frank and his team are a godsend. As a mother of a 9 year old daughter who is struggling with neurodiverse condition and complicated by family trauma the system, the state could not assist. Too busy and was not see as important.
Following a recommendation I approached Frank and his team and immediately it was like the light has been switched on. My daughter is getting the help that she needs, which is all I asked for.
Frank is dedicated and passionate about his job and knowledgeable about his role in supporting children like my daughter, without him I would be lost.

We would thoroughly recommend Frank and the team who have been really supportive and efficient throughout the whole process and were able to work with us as very short notice and exceed our expectations for meeting our tight timelines. Frank was really friendly and helped our daughter to feel at ease and enjoy the the sessions.

Today we've had an appointment for our 7 year old son and wow what an amazing experience we had. Frank is incredible especially how he spoke to our son and he made us all feel at ease, the whole experience was outstanding

Highly recommend if you can afford to pay to go private. I feel like a massive weight has been lifted off my shoulders. From start to finish I’ve had the support I’ve needed for my son. I don’t feel like I’m going insane now has I’ve got the answers I’ve been waiting for.

I took my son for a ADHD assessment with Frank.
I was a little unsure what to expect during the assessment but frank was really good with my son and myself and really put us at ease,
George was comfortable and found Frank easy to talk too, Frank used humour to gain my son’s attention and bring out my son’s humour too.
Frank listened to my son and was kind and fun in his approach which immediately put George at ease and this allowed George to chat openly and honestly.
Frank also put me at ease using humour but was also understanding and respectful to what I was saying.
George’s report was done in the time frame stated and was very in depth with suggestions for school and home, I was most impressed.
I would highly recommend Frank and Charlotte to any of my friends and family or professionals looking for a private ADHD assessment.

Only recently decided to know once and for all a clear picture of issues I’d had all my life. It was a little scary but Frank was amazing and put me at ease almost immediately. The process just flowed and I have to say I felt so happy by the end of it that someone final understood me. Would definitely recommend.

The overall experience taking our 17year old to see Frank was positive. Frank immediately made our son feel at ease with care and humour - his years of working with young people is evident. It's a very relaxed setting, very informal and Frank was informative, kind and fun. What we expected to be quite a stressful experience, turned out to be memorable and enjoyable. This place is special.

What a great experience from start to finish. Frank was such warm and caring making us feel at ease, even though our daughter was quiet and reserved he made it fun and kept her involved in every stage. I would definitely recommend Frank and his team they are brilliant and full of expertise.

I recently attended an ADHD assessment session with Occupational Therapist Charlotte, and it was a very positive experience. From the start, Charlotte was warm, attentive, and professional. She created a calm and welcoming environment that immediately put me at ease.

Throughout the session, she listened carefully and without judgement, which made it much easier for me to open up about my experiences and challenges. I felt heard and understood, and she took the time to explain things clearly and reassure me where needed. Her empathetic and supportive approach made what could have been an overwhelming process feel manageable and safe.

Overall, I’m very grateful for the way Charlotte handled the assessment and would highly recommend her to anyone going through a similar process.
