Absolutely fantastic from the start very impressive team and professional but most of all friendly and supportive right from the start as this can be so frustrating and worrying for parents this has being the very best from the start face to face with Charlotte and I must say very professional and at ease personal level she was fabulous with my son and also myself very informative and answered all my questions and was diagnosed and very happy with the outcome could not have picked a better person and company thank you so much we can sleep well tonight and feel at ease with our outcome thank you so kindly

Frank made our daughter feel at ease during her assessment with him, she loved all the 'bants' and said that she loved that he knew all about roblox games.

As parents we think the whole process has been amazing, the room was calming yet just the right amount of stimulation in there to keep our daughter amused during her assessment. We didn't feel like we were just another family going through the system, we felt listened to, acknowledged and understood which means a lot when you've been fighting schools for years.

Frank was truly outstanding during my son Ralphie’s ADHD assessment. He created such a calm, safe, and welcoming space that Ralphie felt comfortable straight away. Charlotte gave lots of useful informatiom and next steps, not only for my ADHD child but also my other child who was not assessed with the clinic which was really useful. Information on how and where to research medication and also emailed some simple strateegies to help at home and school. Very informative , allowed me to share my views without judgement and I felt very comfortable on the call

You get what you pay for. Although this company advertises that it works within NICE guidelines, its reports are NOT recognised by the NHS or local authorities. They cannot be used to obtain prescription medication or, for children, an EHCP. You will still need to go through the NHS or an approved provider.
This company is NOT on the Right to Choose provider list.

Assessments are carried out without obtaining a full medical history, which raises serious concerns about the quality and reliability of the assessment process.

Once payment has been taken and the report produced, the company discharges you. Any issues identified during the assessment are not included in the report unless you have paid for them, and despite making recommendations, the company does not refer you for further assessment.

My family had a really positive experience meeting with Frank for our 13 year olds ADHD assessment today. Frank was so friendly, funny and made us both feel incredibly comfortable.
