Only an ok experience
The site lacked a little functionality. You could only select one treatment and when I opted for an item, which was cheaper to buy in a 3 pack, I was only allowed to purchase one which was 50% more expensive. The site also stuttered when entering and searching my GP details so I decided not to inform them so I could complete my order.

out of stock patches
As previous reviewers ordered HRT Patches as appeared in stock. Filled out a lengthy questioaire and ordered the patches all seemed well took my money.
Next day received an email to say out of stock so please be aware check before purchasing as its not a small amount of money.

Took my money but item was out of stock
Ordered some HRT that I’m unable to get on the NHS, but desperately need. Took me through a long consultation and then took my money and said the order was being processed. The next day I received an email saying the item was out of stock and I would be refunded in 3-5 days. So I am out of pocket and have no HRT! Shocking!

I looked into lots of the 'providers' of Mounjaro. Websites buffering, pages questions then asked same questions. I fully understand the need for clarity but...My last resort was to try 'PRIVATE DOC'. Less than 3 hours I was accepted, less than 48hrs my injections were delivered as stated. 5*+. Marvellous, and nice knowing I have access to their professional advice and a follow up call in 7days. WOW.
