I found this company online on social media, gave it a go, easy questionnaire to fill in. Payment easy too, although I had a glitch before I could pay so I had to contact customer service to help. They were very helpful. 10/10.i am having no problems on the medication, I am a few pounds lighter and the website is helpful and easy to negotiate

Non-sensical service
I was unable to get a GP appointment for a renewal of my HRT. I spent ages completing a lengthy consultation online with PrivateDoc and in this I explained I could not get an appointment with my GP. They then asked me for my current prescription?! This is the whole reason for contacting them. My old prescription was handed in at the pharmacy when I last got my medication and if I had one why would I be doing a Drs consultation with PrivateDoc?! They then closed the consultation and told me to go to my GP. I have no way of again explaining I can't get an appointment. I'm beyond exasperated. Women's access to HRT is just so difficult and it should not be this hard.
