Fraudsters

Purchased 8 tickets for a draw for a property in Spain. Payment diverted to my banking app and was processed as open banking/direct bank transfer. After a few days my bank contacted me to check this was a genuine payment as it flagged as fraud. I emailed the host for the Spanish property who referred me back to Prize Villas. After another few days Prize Villas sent an email to say they were ceasing trading on 22 July and to provide bank details to be refunded. Chased Joseph for the refund half a dozen times to be told they were processing it and to allow 10 business days for it to appear in my account. Money never arrived and email and website no longer work. Scam for sure. AVOID McMark Enter Prizes Ltd, registered in England & Wales with number 12790015 and whose registered office is 11 Chevet Mews, Wakefield, WF2 6AG, UK.

I have no faith in this business

I have no faith in this business; They’ve been having payment processing issues for nearly 2 months, their Facebook has only a handful of posts in 6 months, and their website is more business ad than contest. Zero post-purchase excitement in their marketing compared to other “win-a-house” contests I’ve entered. I’m waiting for the cluster-pluck to continue into the first draw on Dec 29. I bet they have no idea how many tickets they’ve sold and have actually oversold (decreasing my chances of winning).

I entered one of their competitions…

I entered one of their competitions after seeing it online. After purchasing my ticket the system didn’t allocate me a ticket number and the page was spooling. I sent them an email and within 5 minutes Mike replied and confirmed he will manually add my ticket to my account. My 5 star is for the great customer service. Thank you
