I hired PRMG for a level 3 survey of a Victorian conversion flat. Charles organised it and Tania carried it out.

The survey was detailed and meticulous. I've been referring back to it often as I schedule maintenance works. Tania called me after the survey to explain the main points and answer any questions, which I really appreciated, and Charles has been kind enough to recommend contractors for different jobs.

I was particularly thankful for their help when the buyers informed us that they had found a leak just days before completion. Tania talked me through possible sources and what to ask the roofer. It turned out that she had already identified the issue in the survey... so she basically knew the flat better than the sellers.

As a first time buyer, the whole process is unknown, so I used PRMG on a friend's recommendation, and found them so clear, helpful and reassuring.
The report itself was really thorough and detailed, with a 'headlines' phone call on the day of the survey and helpful follow up to some questions I had.
The whole process was a really positive experience, and having assistance and support with some issues has been invaluable. I'd recommend PRMG without hesitation!

PRMG and Charles have delivered an excellent service while buying my first home alone.

I had a Level 3 Home Buyer Survey and Report which was very detailed and thorough and Charles has continued to give me on-going and very helpful support and advice via email and calls with any follow up questions and enquiries.

His guidance and reassurance has made a real difference to the process for me, which at times can be daunting buying alone, and I would highly recommend his services.

We had a level 3 survey done. I feel the report was thorough and well documented. Charles was also response after the fact, offering advice and even a home valuation report. He recommended a CCTV drainage survey, which ended up revealing a lot of work that needed to be done.

I requested a level 3 survey when buying my home and I was disappointed with my experience. Firstly I had to chase for the report, they did apologise and gave me a small refund. When booking the survey I specifically asked them to inspect the roof space, on the day I believe they popped their head up but they didn't go into the space. Now that I am in the house I can see that the loft space is boarded and there is a light up there, so I don't understand why they didn't inspect it properly. Overall I was disappointed with my experience.

PRMG were really professional and prepared a very thorough report with must-have findings and advice, really critical to inform the property deal, recommended works and routine maintenance to follow. Not only will it help us on negotiating a fair, final offer to the vendor, but also serve as a guide for us as homeowners looking after the property in due course. As a first-time buyer, especially one purchasing a Grade II Listed property, I was looking for a surveyor who could not only provide expert insight, but also offer support throughout what initially felt like a daunting process. Charles definitely covered both!

He delivered a detailed and thorough report (which he was very helpful with answering my questions on), and continued to support me throughout my purchase with any questions I had. Charles is great, the report is excellent and well presented. He has also been on hand to tidy up and help with some random questions I have been posing many months later, he remembers the property and has been very quick to help out.

Once they finished on the day the surveyor called me and set out their key findings, which helped put our mind at ease. The full report came over swiftly within 5 days and they were on hand via email and telephone to discuss any concerns we had throughout the rest of our purchase.

Charles and Tania were fantastic. They had an incredibly fast turnaround and were very receptive to our desired timeframe. After attending the property they called and gave a detailed breakdown before producing their report, and the report itself was excellent.

We had to go back with an issue that arose in the property and Charles took time to review our questions and the photos we had obtained.

Overall they were very thorough, detailed, and really easy to speak to. When buying your first property there are a number of moving parts, and no one tells you how to balance them, but people like Charles and Tania make it that bit easier. I’d recommend them in a heartbeat

Really helpful and thorough surveyors. Our surveyor, Will, called on the evening of the survey (he was very flexible with time to accommodate our schedules) and spent 40 mins going through his findings. We are first time buyers so I had lots of questions around cost of things / what was "expected" vs. unusual etc., and he explained everything so thoroughly. The report itself is detailed (but not OTT) and helpful. More generally, PRMG have been brilliant: Charles has been our primary contact by email and he's super responsive and has been helpful throughout. Highly recommend.

Charles Ostroumoff, at PRMG, is an absolute delight to work with.

He provided our freeholder-directors with a building survey, which included a specialist damp and water ingress report for the purposes of an insurance claim. There were lots of voices, emails, questions, a Zoom call/verbal report on the same day as his inspection and some delicate politics... Charles tackled all with patience, respect and professionalism.

He is communicative, hard-working (too hard-working!), full of integrity and, above all has an innate care and warmth that is very refreshing and appreciated.

His written report was thorough, detailed, fully to brief and provided in a timely manner. Also, his fees are very reasonable, considering the amount of work, time and effort involved.

I gave 5 stars, but Charles deserves a whole galaxy of them!
