My order was faulty I emailed Pro 10 but they never had the common decency to reply obviously they felt it was no concern of theirs.

Shopping with Pro 10 has been a pleasure the 4 times I used the service. I have been using unflavoured Pro 10 whey as a protein supplement for a period and decided to try the Vanilla flavoured product - the vanilla taste is lovely but the sweetness is absolutely revolting! The only way I can use it is by diluting it 1:4 with unflavoured whey protein. I will not reorder it unless the formulation is changed. Tip: a pinch of salt improves the taste of unflavoured whey

I have e-mailed PRO-10 a few times regarding lost password's and other but have not once had a reply.

Didn't process my order and failed to deliver. Waiting on a refund for the past week. No response. Avoid.

I have tried many different protein brands and this one ranks up there as one of the best and by far the cheapest. Great job!

I chose this product because it is one of the few whey proteins available with no artificial ingredients, sweetener. Despite that fact, it tastes fine, even with water. I don't have a blender or shaker so just mix it in with a spoon. It is a bit lumpy but as I said the taste is not unpleasant at all. It arrived the next business day after I ordered it so great service. Would definitely buy again.

A new customer to Pro 10, I was very impressed with the quality of the product and expedient manner in which they were received. The price is reasonable and I hope it remains so as popularity increases.

Only purchased whey in different flavours so far but found the products are effective, mix well and taste good. Service is great and straight forward. Could maybe give a next day delivery option?

my son is what some may call a freaky eater and because he is now 6ft,the stuff he eats doesnt give him enough to maintain a decent weight and he looks like a bean pole,i brought another product but it was a struggle to get him to drink it all,but with pro 10 weight gain he actually reminds me that he needs his shake.im just relieved ive found something that he likes and that actually has some goodness in it

The product itself is very good quality for the price. It will not quite match up to bigger brands but thats not the point as it is meant to be a cheaper but quality alternative.
Quality product, mixes wel, good taste and value.
Only criticism isn't about the product but the packaging. For 1 kg of gainer the bag it comes in is huge, at least 5/6 inches of material that could be trimmed off.

Firstly, the product is fantastic. Ordered the Whey Concentrate and everything is great with, mixes well and tastes fine. Will be able to assess results in a few weeks.

Service not so great, ordered before midday on Monday expecting goods to ship the same day. Finally received order on Friday pm having sent 2 emails, a private message on facebook and finally a post on the companies fb page (which received a response).

Will definitely use again as the product is so good but will expect improvements in the customer service and distribution.

I have used this protein powder for a few months now. It mixes well and tastes good. I find I tend to use it more often as it is cheaper than a lot of protein powders. My last delivery turned up the day after I ordered it. Great service. Would recommend this company and product to anyone.
