Good quality products, cheaper than the High Street with fast delivery, what's not to like.

i love your products, but it's been a 3rd time i ordered with you. and for the 3rd time there has been issues with delivery. last time the delivery was delayed for over 2 weeks when now, the items i ordered at the same time, has arrived separately. i received my carbs but still waiting for protein. it is a bit disappointed as i buy the products to mix them all together, but cannot do so as i only got one of the items...

as i said, your products are great, but you need to solve you delivery issues, especially because delivery is not included in the price of the goods.

Shopped around for a good quality protein that wasn't a ridiculously expensive price and found that pro - 10 do protein at a great price. Would be happy to order in future!

Have ordered several times and always impressed by speed of delivery, communication from courier. The product is great as well.

I placed an order online, but 6 days later having not heard anything I contacted them, no response, so I did the same the next day... and still no response.

I was going to buy from amazon and I wish I had as at least amazon would have acted as a medium for me.

Customer service is the most important part of any site. But 8 days since placing my order (I have a paypal receipt) and no idea where it is or how else to get in touch with them... gutted as their products seem great. Will wait to monday and then raise a paypal claim for this to be refunded.

I wanted a fat burner with synephrine, the other ingredients are a bonus. I drink a lot of coffee so the lack of caffeine is no obstacle. The tablets give a warm feeling and decent boost to both energy and mental acuity.

I would not buy from this party again----EVER, if you wish too, upon your own head be it. You have been warned. I ordered 3 x 90 CAPSULES of Milk Thistle and paid via PayPal, Within a few days I received 3 x 90 TABLETS instead of the ordered capsules, and not even so much as an email to offer me the option. I've emailed Pro-10 several times over the last 3 weeks about this error but haven't even had the decency of a reply or acknowledgement. It would appear that Pro-10 has other NEGATIVE customer reviews which I only found out about after my said problems. Trading Standards have indicated that Pro-10 has failed to supply the contractual goods and should have at least offered me the alternative choice. They are very interested in such questionable practises. One last thing, the Pro-10 goods which I received were in marked containers but were not sealed with moister or anti-tamper wrap. This is indicative of just chucking their bulk purchased goods into their personally marked tubs at source. Is it any wonder the government wants to regulate the vitamin and supplement industry when practises like this exist. When regulations hit us in the not too distant future apportion some blame for these to the likes of sellers like Pro-10. I don't know how to give them a negative star rating or I would.

I bought the CLA in te sale for my wife. Delivery time was much faster than expected, with constant communication by email and text from the courier service.

The product is excellent (well thats what the wife is saying!). I will definitely be buying more from Pro-10 for my own supplements.

hi received protein ok but after placing order did not receive e mail to confirm order which resulted in having to phone twice to find out status of my order but in saying that i will use you again as product quality and price are spot on

got zero replies to all my enquiries even though I emailed several different email addresses and also took a grievance complain to paypal to get a reply and still waiting to get my money back even though they say refunded on their site.

I have used pro-10 on several occassions and have never been let down. The quality of their goods is fantastic and the delivery service is 2nd to none. I will most definitely carry on using them for all my supplements and would recommend them to anyone.

I'm really pleased with the product, but disappointed with the lack of email communication regarding the deliveries.

As I wanted a whey protein without lactose I chose pro-10. It's very powdery and isn't nice tasting at all. However, I've noticed it's doing the job and my body can digest it much easier than whey containing lactose.
If you find you're a bit intolerant like me then pro-10 is a good bet.
