If you are looking to use a local team of removers, look no further than Pro-Move in Brixworth. They were personally recommended to me and I am so glad they were my choice too. Nick is totally approachable and excellent in keeping in touch with you during those frantic days as you near exchange, and removal dates keep changing. You may not think that is important now, but when you are in that situation it is! On moving day the team who arrived all took the time to personally introduce themselves to me, we discussed any concerns I had and solutions were offered to allay my fears. The move went off without a hitch. The team worked smart and hard. Boxes were stacked neatly in all the rooms in accordance with the labels and I was kept fully informed about everything that was happening throughout the day. Dismantling and reassembling of furniture was done by one nominated person and also disconnection and reconnection of my washing machine.
There were many bumps in the road getting to moving day but Nick and his team did a fantastic job of making the leaving of a much loved house and moving on to an exciting new adventure a totally seamless experience. This is a fantastic removal company. Right from quote to picking the wardrobe boxes a couple of days after the faultless move, everything was just great. Nick is easily contactable, we set up a group chat with him on Whatsapp, prior to the move, he responded to our every query in good time. The team were friendly, helpful, respectful, and very efficient. It almost makes us want to move again just to enjoy their service and company. We wont be doing that though, as we love our new home.
