Good Customer Service, delivery and price
Haven't put down my flooring yet but customer service has been great. Free samples arrive quickly, made a purchase shortly after, delivery time is usually 3 days I got my order the very next day from a kind friendly delivery man. What's not to love, good service, my choice of floor was on sale, all good all round. Can't wait to see the floors down!!

Had no call from yourselves or your courier as you have stated in your response you “always do” neither of these contacts were made.
Neighbour opened door as driver called be when there not before but he would not help lift the product t in house and would not take pallet away.

It is dissapointing to recieve a 1* review as we pride ourselves on a high level of service. Please see my responses to each points below
Had no dispatch email:
On all our delivieries we do not dispatch them without talking to you personally first. We will always call and if you do not answer then we will leave you a message. Once confirmed we will give you a date that the goods are going to be delivered. This leaves us on an economy tail lift service and is delivered 2 days later or on the preffered day you have chosen.
£55 delivery fee
This is less than the charge from the couriers themselves. We have also recently incurred even higher fuel surcharges at a minimum of 9% and have absorbed the cost. We have not raised our prices and still offer a free delivery over £500 pre VAT. For smaller orders we need to charge a portion of the courier amount to cover a small portion of the cost.
Had no email to say when it was coming:
We always request that the couriers contact you when the goods are being delivered , on every order that leaves the warehouse we put a note to say please call 1 hour before.
Driver would not take product in:
This is standard for courier companies and it does state on our website that all deliveries are kebrside only as they are not insured for taking goods inside the property. As for the pallet this is dependent on the driver as some will kindly take it away but others especially if they are on tighter delivery shcedules may not.
Again i can only aplogise that the experience was not as you would have hoped and as you can see from the numerous 5* reviews and the very little 1* reviews we have here that we pride ourselves on offering brilliant service from start to finish. We have a small team that you can get to on the phone and email very quickly and of course i will relay any feedback good or bad back to the team.

Sample ordering experience
Being able to order samples on 2 occasions has helped us get a truer indication of the colour and tone of each product as just seeing them online doesn’t give you the same definition.
Samples arrived within 3 days and there has been no charge for the samples which is fantastic 👍
