Pleased with the product..but
Pleased with the product, but disappointed with the delivery. It seems standard practice to be given a delivery time slot these days, but ProTek could only confirm sometime between 09:00-18:00. Would've given 5 star but for the inconvenient delivery.

We do understand the frustration when it comes to delivery times. As a rule with the courier services it is classed as an all day call between 8am and 6pm as standard. On every order we make a large request that the customer be called 1 hour prior to delivery so that you are not waiting around all day and i am very sorry that this did not happen.
We would love to be able to do all delivereies ourselves rather than use the courier however to reach all of the UK this is something we have to do

I can't recommend Pro-tek Flooring enough! From the very start, the process was smooth and hassle-free. They offer a fantastic selection of colours, making it easy to find the perfect match for our home. The 3D room visual aid was simply incredible — it really helped us visualize how the finished floor would look, saving us time and uncertainty. The samples provided were a great help in making our decision.
Delivery was lightning-fast. Despite being in Scotland, our flooring arrived in just 3 days! What impressed me even more was that Pro-tek personally called to confirm our delivery date and ensure we were happy with the arrangements — outstanding customer service.
Ordering was quick and straightforward. A simple phone call to check stock availability was all it took, and the staff member was incredibly helpful and friendly.
Once the flooring was installed, it looked absolutely stunning. My wife is over the moon with the result! The Herringbone style is eye-catching and adds a touch of elegance to our home. The Unclick system is easy to use, although having the proper tools makes installation even smoother.
Overall, Pro-tek Flooring has exceeded our expectations. Their quality, service, and attention to detail are second to none. I’ll definitely be coming back for future projects — highly recommended!

These were sent out to you on Monday 8th of December , We have a collection service with Royal Mail and they collect from us daily.
All our samples are sent out 1st class Royal Mail and should be with you within 24-48 hours. I do appreciate it is Christmas and there could be slight delays however it should have been wth you by now so again i apologise.
As per my email i have arranged for a 1st class signed for parcel with your samples to leave us today to ensure that you recieve them.

Lovely flooring, hard to fit
Lovely flooring, good quality. Fast sample delivery and subsequent flooring delivery. However it is very difficult to lay the herringbone flooring. We are DIY ers but my husband used to be a joiner, and we are struggling, it is taking a long time!
