2 years ago my dishwasher wasn't…

2 years ago my dishwasher wasn't cleaning dishes as well as I thought it should. I told the technician it just wasn't getting hot enough to dissolve the detergent. The technician came out, ran it through all of the cycles and said it just needed to be cleaned out, there was nothing wrong with it. The dishwasher did marginally clean better for a couple weeks after being cleaned out.

After 2 years I had enough and just bought a new dishwasher, when I pulled the old one out I saw the thermostat was burned out and the cable to it was unplugged. This was a 6 dollar part, if the technician had just pulled out the dishwasher and checked it he would have saved me 2 years of poorly cleaned dishes. I knew it wasn't getting hot enough but I trusted your technician more than myself.

Service tech was extremely well-informed, showed me what to do each month for upkeep, and verified the unit was running well. Very polite, respectful, and professional in every way.

Disappointed services

I had a very disappointing experience. The service was unprofessional and poorly handled. they canceled same day of the appointment date and inform 30 minutes before the appointment time .
This caused unnecessary frustration and wasted my time. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this business.

Great experience!!

Great experience!!! They really care about getting the job done right and stayed late to handle our complicated door handles. Bottom line they fixed everything perfectly and answered all of our questions. Definitely recommend this place!
