I have been with American Home shields…

I have been with American Home shields for years, i have had rent homes on American home shields, and they have always been amazing when it came to get something repaired. Frontdoor pro is really quick to getting the ball rolling, and making their customers happy. This is the reason why i Choose American Homesheilds/ Front door, their customer service it is second to none. I highly reccomend them If it were up to me i would give it a 10 stars. Great service. TRy them, you will be amazed with their service.

Deceptive advertising

I was contacted regarding installing a new A/C system prior to the expiration of the federal tax credit program for Energy Efficient upgrades. Frontdoor Pro sent me 3 quotes based on the tax credit. As it turns out, none of the three units came remotely close to qualifying for the tax credit as none of them included qualifying equipment. I almost got into a contract expecting a tax credit that would never come. Fortunately, I spoke with a credible local installer who saved me from making that mistake.

Horrible Service

I didn’t not get the service in credit since the company did contact us, at first, home shield did not understand it was on my account. The first company they sent did not come and had to ask to get the service credit.
