Good experience replacing a defective tire
I ordered two tubeless tires, one of which was defective.
Contacted them with proof of defect and got sent a replacement fairly quickly that had no issues. Less confident in Continental tires, but had a good experience with Probikeshop.

Placed an order
Placed an order. Recieved confirmation. Noticed that I had ordered an item in the wrong size by mistake. I sent them an e-mail right away. Called them twice without response. Later that day I recieved a message that my order was shipped with the wrong item. Replied to them once again. The next afternoon they mailed me telling me that the order was already sent and could no longer be changed. No surprise there. Useless service.
